IT WAS DRIVEN ONLY BY ME FOR THE LAST APPROXIMATELY 70,000 MILES. I WORK IN BROOKLYN AND LIVE IN STATEN STATEN ISLAND SO IT WAS ALL HIGHWAY MILEAGE TO WORK MOSTLY. THIS CAR HAS ALWAYS BEEN SERVICED PROPERLY. OIL AND FILTERS HAVE ALWAYS BEEN CHANGED. THE EXTERIOR IS IN AMAZING CONDITION. CAR IS AN ABSOLUTE HEAD TURNER. WHEN I'M PARKED IT IS USUALLY THE MOST ATTRACTIVE CAR ON THE BLOCK OR IN THE PARKING LOT. THIS CAR IS ALWAYS KEPT IN MY GARAGE BY WORK AND IN MY ENCLOSED DRIVEWAY AT MY HOUSE. I HAVE ADDED 35% TINTS, SMOKED OUT THE BACK TAIL LIGHTS, MATCHED THE FRONT GRILL TO THE DIAMOND WHITE PAINT JOB, PAINTED THE CALIPERS RED, WEATHERTECH WINDOW RAIN GAURDS, AND AFTERMARKET HIDS. I'VE LISTED ALL THE INTERIOR OPTIONS ON TOP BUT I'M SURE I'VE MISSED SOME. IT DOES NOT HAVE NAVIGATION OR BLUETOOTH. HOWEVER I HAD IT CONNECTED TO ONSTAR SO IF YOU DECIDE TO SUBSCRIBE TO ONSTAR, YOU CAN PURCHASE MINUTES THROUGH THEM (A LITTLE PRICEY) AND YOU WILL HAVE A PERSONAL CAR PHONE WHICH WORKS JUST LIKE BLUETOOTH. MECHANCIALLY THIS CAR IS IN GREAT CONDITION. EVERYTHING WORKS. ALL ELECTRONICS WORK. BESIDES THE GLOVEBOX WHICH SHOULD COST MORE THEN $50.00 TO $100.00 BUCKS TO FIX AND THE RIPPED DRIVERS SEAT THIS CAR INTERIOR IS IN GREAT CONDITION. THE FRONT TIRES ARE NEW. ALL 4 ROTORS WERE REPLACED 10,000 MILES AGO AND ARE IN EXCELLENT CONDITION. THE BACK TIRES CAN USE REPLACEMENT IN THE NEXT FEW MONTHS. THIS CAR IS PRICED TO SELL. Cadillac ATS was almost front-wheel drive

"We were going to do a front-wheel drive Cadillac compact off of Delta because it was going to be less expensive," Doug Parks, General Motors' vice president of global product programs, told the Automotive News during the Detroit Auto Show in January of this year. That sentence, referring to early ATS discussions more than five years ago - a period when the automaker, and the industry, was struggling - reveals that Cadillac's highly acclaimed rear-wheel drive compact sedan almost never happened.
Parks revealed that that automaker actually built a 2.0-liter test mule, on GM's Delta platform (shared with the Chevrolet Cruze and Buick Verano) and tested it in Europe. While the prototype was "pretty darn good," according to Parks, the team realized that in order to compete against Mercedes-Benz and BMW it would have to invest in a new rear-wheel drive platform.
The resulting all-new Alpha platform would eventually underpin the Cadillac ATS, and many would argue that its balanced rear-wheel drive chassis is its single most important attribute. Thankfully, the Alpha's goodness won't stop with the ATS. The upcoming 2014 Cadillac CTS and the future Camaro will also share its architecture, meaning the Cimarron will remain a distant memory.

An elderly Missourian is lucky to be alive today after a car that had pinned him to the ground was lifted off him by witnesses. According to WDAF, Orlando Gentry and Troy Robertson were working at a Kansas City, Mo., clothing store when a stolen minivan careened through a red light at 35th and Prospect and was immediately T-boned by a woman driving a gold Cadillac. The impact drove both vehicles up onto the sidewalk at the corner, side by side, directly at pedestrian Carlos Green. "We was out here with our kids, and we was at work, and the next thing we heard was a boom!" Gentry told WDAF. "Man, those cars came out of nowhere, and Carlos was just helpless," Robertson said. Gentry tried to escape but was caught between the vehicles and pinned beneath the Caddy. Then a light pole punctuated the crash by falling on top of the Caddy - and almost on top of Carlos Green. "Yeah, he tried to jump out of the way, but he just got pinned underneath the Cadillac. He definitely hurt his right leg. When I saw all that, I screamed, 'Somebody help me help get this car off Carlos,'" Robertson said. He, Gentry and passersby lifted the heavy Caddy off Green so he could crawl free. Thankfully, Green wasn't seriously injured. He was discharged from an area hospital bruised, with one leg in a cast, but ultimately healthy. The woman driving the Cadillac was unhurt, but the two men driving the minivan ran off during the confusion. Kansas City police are looking for the escaped car thieves. This is the second time in as many weeks that people banded together to lift a car off someone. On May 9 in Philadelphia, a group of good Samaritans lifted an SUV off a little girl who had been run down and pinned beneath an SUV tire. Related Video:

Customers can't ride with Slimer, but Lyft is packing each car with Hi-C Ecto Cooler – the relaunched juice drink that most older millennials lived on during their childhood Â– and Twinkies.
