EXTERIOR: The BLACK RAVEN paint coating the exterior of this ruggedly luxurious vehicle is in shiny condition. The color is exquisite. Powering this muscular machine is a six speed automatic 403 horsepower 6.2L V8 engine with 417-lb ft of torque. The upgraded 22" chrome wheels (part of the $9,205 Ultra Luxury Package) are in very nice shape and add to the overall striking presentation. The matching Bridgestone Dueler tires are also in great shape with the majority of their tread life remaining. With running boards, your ascent and decent will be incredibly easy. You'll be pleased to note, too, that the headlights are outfitted with Intellibeam HID headlights to cut through the darkest nights. The front fog lamps are another beneficial touch, especially when weather conditions require their use. Solar ray tinted glass is a valuable feature because they will not only help keep your car cool, but they are also a nice cosmetic touch. You can also utilize the powerful engine to tow whatever you desire thanks to the tow hitch. Further, if you desire to use your Escalade as a part-time work vehicle, you'll love the truck's bed with removable covers. This is certainly an eye-catching ride.

INTERIOR: The cabin features the comfort of supple lovely EBONY leather on all the seats. The leather carries over to the center of your control, the wood and leather steering wheel. This wheel is outfitted with multi-function controls for audio and cruise control. The look of wood trim will remind you of the high class luxury that Cadillac provides. The driver and front passenger seats are both heated and cooled for optimal comfort. The steering wheel is also heated! What great features! You'll be extremely comfortable thanks to the dual-zone automatic climate control. Your Caddy has many exquisite touches from big to small. One of the most exciting features of this Escalade is the in-dash navigation center. You'll always be able to find your way by utilizing the easy-to-use controls to get directions to essentially any location. When you park, the Ultrasonic Rear Park Assist proximity sensors and back up camera will help you keep your vehicle ding and scratch free as you park and get out of tight spots. Powered through this central unit is the stereo that will be blasting your music through the crystal clear sounds of the Bose 5.1 surround sound system with 6-Disc CD/DVD changer, AM/FM/XM Satellite radio, and MP3 audio. DVDs can even be watched on the display while the car is parked! You can also utilize auxiliary devices for even more entertainment options. The following features are waiting for you to enjoy: power glass sunroof, Home Link Garage Door Opener System, fold flat second row seats, cupholders, rearview mirror with compass, overhead console, and auxiliary power outlets. The vehicle comes with a set of floor mats, books, and one key with remote!

SAFETY: Cadillac has you covered when it comes to safety. Your 2008 Cadillac Escalade comes equipped with 4-wheel ABS brakes, safety belts, traction control, daytime running lamps, airbags (dual-stage frontal, driver and right-front passenger), head curtain side-impact airbags, StabiliTrak vehicle stability system, and automatic occupant sensing system.

Our goal is to make sure the overall condition of the car is as close to new as possible. This means typical reconditioning, with a full detail that includes polishing any light scratches and professionally touching up chips. All dings are professionally removed. While our cars are close-to-new, keep in mind that they are pre-owned and will show signs of wear. There is no such thing as a perfect used car! We will be more than happy to go over the car panel-by-panel with you on the phone for extra details. Please feel free to contact us with any questions!

GM will expand Super Cruise to entire U.S. lineup after 2020

Wed, Jun 6 2018

General Motors plans to bring its Super Cruise semi- autonomous highway driving technology to its entire U.S. lineup after it rolls it out to all Cadillac vehicles in 2020. Mark Reuss, GM's executive vice president for global product development, made the announcement at the Intelligent Transportation Society of America conference in Detroit. Automotive News reports he also announced plans to offer vehicle-to-everything (V2X) communication in a high-volume Cadillac crossover by 2023 — technology that will also eventually spread across the luxury brand's portfolio. Super Cruise is GM's semi-autonomous, lane-centering driving system that uses lidar mapping, GPS, cameras and sensors. The system offers hands-free driving on the highway, with an infrared camera and lights that track the driver's head position to make sure the driver is paying attention, ready to take over when needed, and not nodding off. If it senses the driver is unresponsive, it can bring the vehicle to a stop on the shoulder and activate OnStar. Super Cruise is already an option on the 2018 CT6 and standard on the Platinum trim model. You can read our First Drive review of the technology here. Meanwhile, Cadillac launched vehicle-to-vehicle technology in the 2017 CTS sedan, allowing equipped Cadillacs to share information regarding speed, direction and location at distances of up to 980 feet to help avoid collisions. By going one step further with V2X, Cadillac can tip off drivers to hazardous road conditions, the status of traffic lights, work zones and threats of crashes. It's the first major announcement from the luxury brand since the departure of former CEO Johan de Nysschen and his replacement by Steve Carlisle in April.
