You are bidding on a beautiful 2005 CTS, with only 25,500 miles.  New eagle tires replaced original eagle tires!  The CARFAX will show an accident.  Prior original elderly owner stated rear bumper was tapped with no real damage,  but a report was made anyway.   There is no damage evident.   Oil changed every 5k miles.  

EXISTING WARRANTY NOTE: This vehicle has an existing extended warranty from CARCHEX for 4yrs or 48,000 miles but WILL NOT be included unless buyer agrees to pay an additional $2,800.00.  This warranty is a TITANIUM warranty which covers engine, trans, electronics, road side assistance, rental car, etc.  A basic power train warranty can be bought for about $500.00 less.   If you would like peace of mind, the existing warranty is top of the line and would average out to about $650.00 a year!  However, the warranty would be IN ADDITION to the agreed upon selling price!   CARCHEX is one of the top ranking after market warranty companies.  There are many companies offering extended warranties at different prices for different coverages.  Vehicle can be sold without any warranty is desired by buyer.

ACCEPTABLE PAYMENT & DEPOSIT CONDITIONS:  BUYER(S) shall agree and accept the following acceptable payment & deposit conditions;

Seller will only accept a bank check, cash, or cashiers check as final payment.  Buyer(s) are welcome to inspect the vehicle in person or buyer agent prior to final payment.  A deposit of $1,000 may be made at time of inspection.  PayPal may be used for deposit only, not final payment.  Vehicle will be sold to first Buyer(s) willing & able to complete purchase and place deposit.
