Just arrived, this beautiful vehicle is likely the lowest mile 1980 Deville
Executive Limo left in existence. In 1980, these Limos we converted by Moloney
in Chicago, Illinois and sold in Cadillac showrooms. This car is in amazing original
condition with a few updated electronic upgrades in the passenger compartment.

Ordered and sold new to Owner #1 by Potamkin Cadillac of Long Island, New York in
1980, this car was immediately driven to his private residence in Texas. It remained
there with him until his recent passing. Brought to Florida by a lifelong friend of his,
Owner #2 has asked me to help him find it a good home...

These Executive Limos were converted by Moloney to include options like extra full
seating, not jump seats like earlier factory limos. This car aslo came with comforts
such as a Sony color TV, rear air, divider window, rear stereo and lighting.

Recent updates include a DVD system, under seat lighting and a new CD stereo.
Remote start from the rear compartment is also in the console.

Excellent conversion paint applied by Moloney at the time of the stretch conversion.
Original driver compartment leather seating and original velour seating in the passenger
compartment. All original carpet, door panels and headliner. Excellent original dash.

Excellent chrome, stainless, and badging.

Very desirable original 368 cubic inch, V-8 engine,
four barrel carb and automatic transmission.

These cars had chassis upgrades including sway bars, heavy duty springs, reinforced
frame and stainless steel exhaust. Really set up as a commercial chassis for extended use.

2020 Cadillac CT4-V First Drive + Video | The Cadillac of compact Cadillacs

With the launch of the 2020 Cadillac CT4, GM is pushing back into the smallest luxury sedan segment that in recent years has almost exclusively featured entries from Germany. We're pleased to see it return, and importantly, that it definitely came back prepared. The CT4’s key differentiator is its platform. Unlike the bulk of entry-level luxury sedans currently on the market, the Cadillac rides on a rear-wheel-drive platform. All-wheel drive is available throughout the lineup for those who need (or just want) four-season flexibility, but itÂ’s meant to be a convenience feature rather than a performance upgrade Â— the same is not true of its front-wheel-drive competitors. The CT4 ostensibly replaces the discontinued ATS, but reality is a bit murkier than that. Stop us if youÂ’ve heard this before, but the Cadillac CT4 is not entirely size-appropriate for the class. While the CT4 is aimed at the subcompact luxury sedan segment (and the CT5 at the compact), itÂ’s dimensionally a bit closer to the likes of the Mercedes C-Class than it is the A-Class. This gives Caddy a bit of an advantage, but itÂ’s nothing we havenÂ’t seen from GMÂ’s luxury arm before. Cadillac has chosen instead to target the segment based on price, which is a win for consumers in a way, as you can get a little bit more bang for your buck if theyÂ’re willing to take a chance on the underdog. Cadillac is offering its new small sedan in three states of tune. The base (Â“LuxuryÂ”) model boasts a 2.0-liter engine good for 237 horsepower and 258 pound-feet of torque. The Premium Luxury and CT4-V models get the 2.7-liter Â— which is still a four-cylinder Â— that makes 310 hp and 350 lb-ft of torque in its base tune and 325 hp and 380 lb-ft in the CT4-V. All three variants make use of GMÂ’s active fuel management tech which allows them to run on just two cylinders to conserve fuel while cruising. Yes, you read that correctly. The CT4-V boasts just 325 hp, which may seem like a pittance considering the outrageously powerful V models of CadillacÂ’s past, but GMÂ’s luxury arm has decided to re-jigger its performance hierarchy by eliminating Â“V-SportÂ” entirely, shifting Â“VÂ” down to fill that role, and introducing a series of new range-topping performance models dubbed Â“Blackwing.Â” In that context, the CT4-V may seem like an also-ran, but consider the company it keeps.

Ugh, crossovers. Car-based, high-riding station wagons, for some reason, sell in absurd numbers and make automakers lots and lots of money. That's why automakers with a strong lineup of CUVs are running strong, while sedan-heavy brands are struggling. Cadillac is all too aware of this fact. While the company is preparing to launch the new CT6 luxury sedan, it's also realizing four sedans, a coupe, a crossover, and a $73,000, old-school, body-on-frame SUV does not a healthy lineup make. Worse, though, as Cadillac President Johan de Nysschen rued during the LA Auto Show, is that the new CT6 is joining a segment already oversaturated. While it's a big, expensive vehicle, it's not much bigger or more expensive than the CTS and XTS sedans. "Please don't ask me why we have three cars in the same segment," de Nysschen said, stopping midway through an interview with Automotive News on the CT6's market placement to make the crack. "That's a whole different subject." As for those CUVs, the new XT5 debuted in LA, and it will eventually be joined by another much-needed CUV in 2018, AN reports. Related Video:
