Pick Up Terms:

Deposits: We require a non-refundable deposit of $500 or 10% of your winning bid – whichever is greater - within 24 hours of auction close. You may send the deposit via PayPal, certified funds, credit card (Visa & MasterCard only) or personal check in person (approved by TeleCheck).

Full Payment/Balance: Balance is due within 3 days of auction end. If you plan to pick this car up in person within 24 hours, you can pay the full amount (winning bid + non-refundable $159.00 processing fee + $50.00 FOR THE SMOG CHECK + $10.00 SMOG CERTIFICATE FEE) in person.
Note: SMOG/Certificate fee does not apply to vehicles which are exempt from California smog regulations.

The buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due and pick up his/her item within 3 days of the close of the auction. Balance can be paid by credit card, check (processed by TeleCheck) or other certified funds or Paypal. Any other arrangements must be agreed to before bidding. Cars 4 Causes accepts VISA & Mastercard credit cards directly, other credit cards may be used through Paypal to make payment.

In order to complete all financial transactions and paperwork, the buyer MUST provide a valid form of picture identification (Passport or Driver's License). All financial transactions and paperwork must be completed before the item is released. The item's transfer paperwork must be signed by the buyer prior to pick up or shipping. The shipping company cannot sign for you. If you cannot appear in person to sign these documents we can assist you by fax or email.

Pick Up: We request that you pick up your item within 3 days. We offer an additional 2 days of storage (5 total) provided you have paid for your item in full. If, after 5 days, you have not picked up your item - a storage fee will be assessed. If, after 15 days, you have not picked up your item - it will be relisted on eBay.

Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer - we do not offer or arrange shipping!
