All struts/shocks replaced
Regular Oil, Filters, Coolant Flushes
All plugs and wires replaced
Three engine struts renewed

A/C serviced and blows cold as would be expected from a car from Texas
The car has a tiny ding in the top edge of left front fender and a couple tiny door dings from parking lots...mostly all on driver's side (see photos)
Has a ding in the chrome trim strip along the back bumper (see photos)
The car's original build sheet / invoice is included and shows the car to have been ordered with the Digital Package option and the Black top option.
It is fit with bucket seats with leather (conditioned regularly), 6 way power adjust, and lumbar
The roof folds down by way of opening the rear portion from its release, which works excellent, followed by folding the rear portion forward against the frame.
Next the rear hard cover is released via another button and opens.
The front of the soft top is released and retained via a set of servo motors with a switch.
The soft top can now recline into the hard cover and the cover comes back down to lock.
The top is water tight, even when you wash the car with a hose, seals are nice and not dry on the windows and doors.
The car's current owner has several vehicles and has enjoyed this car very much, but only used rather sparingly on nice weather days in Carmel, CA. The current owner resided in Texas but has retired to Carmel and used this vehicle at his residence there.
Car is stored in commercial warehouse at the moment in Marin County, CA where a transport truck can come to if needed, or buyer can fly into SFO and inspect or drive home.
Please check our feedback, you can bid with confidence.
We hope that you also have excellent feedback ratings if you intend to bid.
Please.......................... DO NOT BID ON THIS CAR IF YOU DON'T HAVE THE MONEY TO PAY !

Petrolicious eats up Rita Hayworth's 1953 Cadillac Ghia
Wed, Feb 11 2015The automotive industry has seem some wonderful transoceanic collaborations between America and Italy, from the Ford-powered De Tomasos of the 1960s to the alliance between Fiat and Chrysler today. Of course it's also seen unfortunate experiments in between like the Chrysler TC by Maserati and the Pininfarina-bodied Cadillac Allante. But before any of those, there was a beautiful tradition of rebodying American steel at the hands of Italian carrozzerie. And this could easily be among the most gorgeous of them all. It's a Cadillac Series 62 from 1953 with bodywork by Ghia. It's one of only two made, and has a star-studded history. The car was purchased by Aly Khan, prince of the Nizari Ismaili muslims and Pakistan's ambassador to the United Nations, for his wife... who just so happened to be the inimitable Rita Hayworth. They split up, but she held on to the car. Today it's part of the permanent collection at the Petersen Automotive Museum in LA, so the videographical artisans at Petrolicious went by to check it out. You'll want to as well in the five-minute short above.
2014 Cadillac ELR leases for $699 a month
Mon, Jan 20 2014Most Autoblog readers thought the $75,000 price tag on the 2014 Cadillac ELR was too high. If you can't swing the MSRP all in one go, how does a lease price of $699 a month sound? That's the amount that Cadillac is offering on the official ELR website, with some caveats, of course. First off, it appears that this lease price is for just for "current owners and lessees of all 1999 or newer GM vehicles." They will also have to pony up $4,999 at signing (all others will need $5,999). Second, the $699-a-month price is for a 39-month lease. Then, of course, "tax, title, license, dealer fees and optional equipment [are] extra" and "each dealer sets own price." Also, it appears that this lease deal is only good until the end of January. Cadillac started shipping the ELR plug-in hybrid coupe to dealers last month. There are two things to note in the fine print. The most surprising is that the payments are based on "a 2014 Cadillac ELR with an MSRP of $76,000." That's $1,000 more than the official MSRP announced in October. Then we get to the real kicker: The lease limits you to a mere 32,500 miles, which is just 833.3 miles a month. Well, 'limit' isn't the exact word, since you can certainly drive more. All you have to do is pay 25 cents per mile for each mile over 32,500. Drive the national average of 13,476 miles in a year? That comes to 43,797 miles over 39 months, which is 11,297 extra miles and an extra $2,824.25.
Akerson says Cadillac will get a larger sedan within two years
Mon, 22 Jul 2013It seems that during a recent affair showing off the 2014 Cadillac CTS, General Motors CEO Dan Akerson confirmed reports regarding a new Cadillac flagship sedan. According to USA Today, which Akerson was visiting, he said that a sedan larger than the XTS would debut within the next two years.
This matches up with what we heard earlier in the month about a Cadillac model that will go up against the BMW 7 Series and Mercedes-Benz S-Class (not a pricier, low-volume sedan also discussed in that article). But this is the first time a high-profile executive name has been attributed to such a report, and the first time a broad timeframe has been mentioned. This article adds that the unnamed car will be rear-, and all-wheel drive with a platform "loosely based" on the new CTS, with styling closer to that car than recent Cadillac concept vehicles. The XTS will continue production of course, as well.
