2008 Buick Lucerne CX only 40k miles One Owner. This car was owned by an 80 year old man it was not used much but to drive to local stores. As pictured the car is very clean tires are excellent, everything works, two sets of keys, alloy wheels, I believe the car has an xm Satellite radio life subscription that is active. Its exactly what you would expect of a car with 40k that was driven by an old man. The front bumper has a scrap on the passenger side as pictured. The rear bumper has one bruise on it as pictured some minor scrapes under the license plate. Driver side wheel well has a ding on it. These are all minor imperfections that I am pointing out to give you exact idea of how this car looks in person. It is a 40k mile one owner car that has been well kept. GM recalling 1.5M cars in China for faulty bracket
Fri, 27 Dec 2013General Motors and its Chinese partners have announced their second recall in the People's Republic this year, following a 2,653-unit recall of the Cadillac SRX earlier this year. This latest recall affects nearly 1.5 million cars built between 2006 and 2012. It's not explicitly stated, but as there's no movement from the US NHTSA, we suspect that the cars in question were all Chinese-built rather than imports.
The vast majority of the affected vehicles are Buick Excelles (pictured), with 1.2 million units being recalled over a faulty bracket that's meant to secure the fuel pump. The Excelles in question were built between 2006 and 2012, while an additional 250,000 Chevrolet Sail superminis, built between April 2009 and October 2011, are being recalled for a similar reason.
According to the PRC's Administration for Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine, the faulty bracket could crack and potentially cause a fuel leak.

Opel to be shuttered in China, but will restart Buick production in Germany
Fri, 28 Mar 2014Opel, General Motors' troubled German brand continues its quest to reinvent itself and find solid profitability. In the course of that metamorphosis, the company has a bit of good news/bad news today. The good news is, it will once again begin screwing together Buick models for the American market. The bad news, though, is that it's being shut down in yet another country, China.
Let's start with the good news. The last vehicle Opel's Ruesselsheim factory built for the North American market was the early run of the then-new Regal, which is based heavily on the Opel Insignia. Production ran for just over two years, from 2009 to 2011, before moving production to Oshawa, Ontario.
Now, thanks to a 245-million-euro investment (just over $336 million), Opel will kick off production of a unspecified model for the US in the "second half of the decade," according to Automotive News. According to Opel, the new model will be announced before the end of 2014.
