2004 - Bmw 6-series on 2040-cars
Concord, California, United States
NO RESERVE!!!!!!Up for sale is a beautiful 2004 BMW 645ci convertible with only 63,000 original miles. NO reserve for a quick sale due to the fact that I already purchased a new truck. I absolutely love this car, pure pleasure to drive. The car is in excellent mechanical condition and the body and interior as well. I would rate this car a 9 out of a 10. The only reason I give it a 9 is because it has a tiny ding on the right back quarter panel and a scuff on the front right spoiler and rocker panel. Car comes with the 19" OEM wheels and tires and have a couple small curb rashes on them. The car also comes with a set of 22" wheels and tires in excellent condition. they're still like new and only have about 1500 miles on them. I took them off and the car now has the OEM rims on it because I was going to trade my car in when I purchased my new truck and dealers don't give you more money for aftermarket wheels and tires, but you know how that goes..... they wanted to give me next to nothing for it on trade so I'm selling it on my own. The car has new adjustable shocks, a class 1 hitch, (great for a bike rack) black axle back exhaust with carbon fiber tips. Carbon fiber license plate frames, carbon fiber badges and black front and side grills. Oil and filter just changed as well as the front brake pads. I'm financing the car through Chase and will need to pay off my balance for the title. feel free to contact me through ebay you can call or text me for a quicker response to any questions Corey 8186355557.

BMW i3 wait list grows to six months
Tue, Feb 4 2014This could make one real expensive decision a little easier to make. The latest official word is that BMW remains undecided if or when it will expand its sub-brand of i plug-in vehicles beyond the i3 and i8, but the i3 city EV has certainly struck a chord in Europe. Citing BMW executive Ian Robertson, Automotive News Europe reports that the German automaker is running a six-month wait list for the i3, which started sales in Europe in November. Bimmer has taken about 11,000 orders globally, and about 1,200 of those are from the US, where the car will debut in May. BMW executive Harald Krueger recently said that the German automaker will hold off on making plans to broaden the i sub-brand until more sales results come in. That said, BMW has trademarked all of the single-digit "i" names from i1 through i9, so should these EVs remain popular, BMW has room to grow. We won't be surprised if we do see more vehicles, since BMW North America chief Ludwig Willisch is already on record as saying the US demand for the i3 will likely exceed supply this year. BMW has the first smart emergency system for motorcycles
Tue, May 3 2016While cars and trucks have long had smart emergency systems to send help in the event of a crash (think services like OnStar), motorcycles have had to go without -- a scary thought if you've ever worried about wiping out miles away from help. That's where BMW might just save the day, though. It's introducing the first smart emergency tech for motorbikes, Intelligent Emergency Call, to give the two-wheel crowd a proper safety net. You can trigger it yourself, such as when you need to help a fellow motorist, but the real magic comes with its automatic responses. IEC's acceleration and lean angle sensors can not only tell if your bike falls or crashes, but time the call for help based on severity. A bad accident will call for help immediately, for instance, while a gentler incident provides a delay so that you can cancel the call. If things are dire enough for that call to go out, it'll send your ride's position at the same time. Don't expect to see this system in North America, at least not any time soon. IEC will first launch in Germany sometime in early 2017, and it'll spread to other European countries soon afterward. There's no mention of availability in other countries, unfortunately. However, you may well see equipment like this become widespread among bike makers eager to one-up the competition.Related Video: This article by Jon Fingas originally ran on Engadget, the definitive guide to this connected life. The 2019 BMW 3 Series looks pretty much like a 3 Series
Mon, Aug 8 2016Spy photographers captured the 2019 BMW 3 Series during testing in Munich, Germany. While the sedan is wearing heavy camouflage, it's apparent that BMW is going for a more sophisticated look. Up front, the new 3 Series takes styling cues from the latest BMW 7 Series with rounded headlights that flow into the car's oval kidney grilles. The rear of the prototype still has protruding round taillights that were spotted on a previous prototype. They likely won't be used in the final design. Our photographers also snagged some interior images, and the cabin appears similar to the current 3 Series. The center console retains the current model's layout, though the HVAC controls appear to have grown in size and have fewer buttons. As previously reported, the next-gen 3 Series is expected to have a longer wheelbase and be wider than the current model. Despite growing in size, lightweight materials will help the upcoming sedan cut weight.
