THE HISTORY

The X5 3.0SI SUV has only 62,581 miles on it !!! The VIN is 5UXFE43558L031778. It was built at BMW's Assembly Plant in June of 2008. It was sold BRAND NEW by South Motors BMW in Miami Florida with 10 miles on the odometer on September 24th of 2008 on a 36 month lease to an owner who lived in Miami Florida, which is an affluent area. This X5 3.0SI was kept normally serviced at the BMW dealer. In October of 2011 and with just 38,135 miles on the odometer, this X5 3.0SI was lease end turned in to South Motors BMW. South Motors BMW saw how stunning the X5 was and decided to put it into their service department for the BMW Certified PreOwned 6YEAR 100k MILES Warranty inspection. It passed the inspection and was given the CPO warranty valid until September 24th 2014 or 100k miles. South Motors BMW put it out for retail sale and found it a new owner very quickly. They sold the X5 to its new owner on October 22nd of 2011 with just 38,163 miles on the odometer. This second owner lived in Miami Florida as well and kept it serviced at South Motors BMW. Eventually this X5 3.0SI was traded into a high end vehicle dealership in Miami on a vehicle they had for sale. I was just offered the oppurtunity to purchase this X5 3.0SI from that high end vehicle dealership, which I did, and I am now proud to offer this X5 3.0SI for sale here on eBay.

THE CONDITION

It starts right up and purrs... She is very peppy and I drove it on the highway and looked down and saw I was doing 70 and the engine had plenty more power to give me. The vehicle looks absolutly amazing for its age and mileage although it does have a few very minor stone chips on the front bumper and a few very minor surface scuffs/scratches are evident here and there. The rear hatch glass has some scratches and I took a photo to show this. The interior shows very little wear... the interior looks very clean and is free of any tears. The carpeting is plush. Some of the rims have some very minor curb rash. The tires on this BMW are P255/55R18 109H RUNFLAT's. Three of the tires are Bridgestone Dueler's with approx 2/32nds of tread left which is approx 10% of the tread life left in them and the fourth tire is a Falken Ziex with approx 10/32nds of tread left which is approx 80% of the tread life left. I have one master key, the carpet floormats (except the driver), a set of BRAND NEW still in the sealed package all weather floor mats, the 2008 navigation dvd, the cargo cover, and the owners manuals. We feel the vehicle is ready to make it's next owner very happy !!
