I have owned this vehicle for one year and am only selling because we inherited a vehicle.  The X3 has been the best and my most favorite car I have ever owned.  It really turns heads and gets a lot of attention!

Overall it is in great shape!  I would give it a 9/10 only because there are two scratches in the paint (see pictures).
Mechanicaly the X3 is in great shape and I will get the oil/filter service done right before you get it. The oil only needs to be changed every 15,000 miles so there will be no service required for the next 15,000 miles.

All four brakes were done 3 months ago so you also won't have to worry about that.

The tires are amazing in winter!  They are Bridgestone Blizzaks and we wanted them for winter because I commute 120 miles round trip daily for work. This suv is so great in winter because it has winter tires, stability control, traction control, heated seats, heated steering wheel, and a balanced low center of gravity (thank you BMW).
The front floor mats were custom made from weather-tech.com and are made for winter.

The miles are a little high because I commuted 58 miles to work 5 days a week for the last year.  And everyone always says that highway miles are better for a vehicle than stop and go city miles.

Cosmetically the engine bay is immaculate and shows how well the vehicle was taken care of.  The paint is still in like new condition and I will have the exterior detailed for you before you get it.  (The interior was detailed this week.)
The interior trim, leather, and carpet are in really good condition and if this doesn't show in the pictures I would be happy to take up close photos of anything you would like and email them.

You will love all of the options it comes with.  First the panoramic sunroof is great (fully powered including the shade) and with the windows down makes it seem like a convertible.  The navigation is so cool because it mechanically opens and closes when you turn the car on and off.  The onboard computer is a really nice option to have also and I have averaged 24.1 MPG when commuting to work.
Can't say enough about the heated seats and heated steering wheel, just amazing when it is cold outside.
The trunk area is spacious and there is a cargo cover if you like to cover what you have in the trunk.  The tint already does that pretty well anyway though.
If you don't have enough room the seats fold flat 60/40 and the cargo cover is removable.

It drives really smooth but is also quite sporty since this X3 has the biggest engine they make in the car which is a 3.0L six cylinder engine.

2013 BMW M6 Coupe

Wed, 12 Jun 2013

The Act And The Exclamation
The 2013 BMW M6 is a rolling obscenity - one that begins with the capital letter "F." It is both the act and the exclamation, the curse and the encouragement. It courts no logic. It is all want and no need, and it is unbecoming of the BMW roundel. Whereas the brand's products once strove to unite man and machine in a duet of blissful performance, the M6 seems built solely to stand between the driver and the road. You are very clearly in its way every second you're behind the wheel, slowing it down and generally being the Monday morning to its two-day trance festival. It's clear this car is very fast, but it has no interest in making you fast in the way that the M3 or even the M5 are wont to do.
But somehow, all that doesn't stop the car from stoking every last lick of lust in your gut. A 560-horsepower twin-turbocharged V8 will do that for you.

2016 Technology of the Year Finalist: 2016 BMW 7 Series

Mon, Jan 4 2016

BMW remade the legendary 7 Series around technology for 2016. Yes, the sixth generation of BMW's iconic flagship remains a luxury leader, but its sophisticated new features expand the 7's traditional strengths to a new generation that relies on smartphones. The 7 Series' extensive tech is most evident inside, where the driver and passengers have new interactions with the car. A feature called gesture control allows the driver to turn up the volume, accept or decline phone calls, or turn off the home screen using hand movements (see the video below). The sedan also has a digital instrument cluster, LCD touchscreen keyfob, wireless charging feature for phones, and a pinch-to-zoom function that makes iDrive simpler to use. Life is especially good in the backseat, where a seven-inch Touch Command Tablet allows the passenger to control comfort, lighting, and infotainment tasks. There's also WiFi, a gorgeous panoramic Sky Lounge LED roof, and 10-inch screens mounted into the seatbacks. Creature comforts and connectivity aside, BMW literally redid the 7 Series to the core. The new body structure, called Carbon Core, helps the sedan cut weight by up to 190 pounds compared with its predecessor while improving stiffness and rigidity. Meanwhile, the big sedan now offers four-wheel steering, improved aerodynamics, and it will get a plug-in hybrid version next year. It's still a 7 Series, and that means it has all of the luxury can you imagine. The car will massage you, perfume the air, and ionize the cabin. Naturally, it has a potent twin-turbo V8 pushing out 445 horsepower. This is what you've come to expect from BMW. But with the new 7 Series, the venerable automaker moves toward the modern tech-savvy consumer, and that's why Bavaria's most decadent sedan is a finalist for our Technology of the Year award.

BMW X1 testing is underway

Thu, 10 Oct 2013

It was just a few weeks ago that we got our first glimpse of the next-generation BMW X1, riding around on a flatbed. Now, we have the first batch of images of the small crossover moving under its own steam.
Like the previous round of photos, BMW's psychedelic camouflage is on hand to obscure sheetmetal details, but our intrepid spies still managed to discover a bit about the new X1. It's internal code-name will be F48, and it will sit on the same platform as the next-generation Mini and the BMW 1 Series GT. And for those keeping track at home, those are both front-drive platforms.
The reasoning for the X1's new layout, though, is understandable. Front-wheel drive is more space efficient and affordable, which are kind of big deals to customers. The next X1 won't be limited to its front wheels, though, as BMW's xDrive system is almost a certainty on higher-end trims.
