We try very hard to earn your respect as honest vehicle wholesalers. We know sometimes you might have had good intentions to buy if you win and we also know that things do change or go wrong after you win the auction. Please try and make sure that all loans, monies or whatever you had planned to make or get the money to pay for this sale is for sure. Any problem that may occur takes a small phone call or e-mail from you. Please do not ignore our e-mails as if we are the ones that did something wrong... We do not post "Negative Feedbacks" this is not going to help you or us. Please only bid if you plan to purchase the vehicle, by placing a bid on this vehicle you are entering into a legal and binding contract as outlined in the user agreement contract you accepted when you registered on Ebay. When we post an auction here to sell our vehicle, Ebay charges us to put them on, they call it an insertion fee. Then they also charge us a final value fee, and if we add different features that they offer us it costs even more. Our normal auction that we post here on Ebay for each vehicle costs us around $174.50. we usually post anywhere from 10 to 15 vehicles weekly. That adds up to a lot money. If you bid on our auction and you already know that you are not going to follow through you are driving up the bid (more money) for another honest bidder. If you are the high bidder (winner) and you do not follow through or ignore our e-mails ect. You just messed it up for the bidders before you and cost us a lot of Ebay fees. TERMS OF SALE:

It will be our pleasure to contact the successful high bidder by e-mail after the auction ends. Please respond within 24 hours to confirm your intention to buy with your name, address and contact number with our request. We except cash, cashiers check or wire transfers, no personal checks will be accepted please. Payment must be received with in 48 hours of the auction close. All sales require a copy of your driver license.

Venue for any legal action such as claims, motions, litigation, settlements, or any legal action associated with this sale from either the buyer or seller is to take place in the State of Florida in Broward County. Placing your bid on this auction constitutes your agreement and acceptance of these terms and conditions. In addition, all non paying bidders will be held liable for a $500 re-listing fee that if not paid, will be filed with all 3 major credit bureaus. If you want to play games, I strongly suggest you do it on another auction. We have to pay for these cars on time and re-listing a vehicle can cause us much aggravation and time. FLORIDA AND NON-FLORIDA SALES TAX:

Florida residents are responsible for sales tax. Sales tax will be collected by us before delivery of vehicle. A 30 day tag temp. tag will be issued if needed. Registration will be sent U.S. mail unless other means were arranged. Title will be mailed to you from the state of Florida (DMV). Out of state sales are responsible for your state sales tax. If the vehicle is shipped this will apply. If you decide to come and pick up the vehicle, we can issue you a 30-day Florida temp. tag but we must charge you sales tax. This can be based on whichever state sales tax is lower. Florida sales tax is 6%. If your state sales tax is lower we can charge you that tax. We will provide you with a form from the state of Florida showing that sales tax was paid to Florida on your behalf. Please check with your state DMV if this form is accepted. You do not want to be double taxed!!!

AS IS - NO WARRANTY:

This vehicle is being offered at wholesale pricing just as it would at a dealer only auction and is being sold "AS - IS", WHERE IS with no warranty, expressed written or implied. These vehicles are used vehicles and are not new. Please expect a certain amount of wear, use, and flaws, as is standard on any used car. All used cars including this one may have dings, nicks, chips, scratches and any other marks that are associated with use consistent with age and mileage of the vehicle. Obviously, a car that is 10 years old will show more wear and have more flaws than one that is 2 years old. Most cars are sold at wholesale prices, many way below book prices. Therefore, there is minimum profit (especially on no reserve auctions) at best, and as such we can not afford to warranty the vehicle as if you had purchased it for full list price. It is the responsibility of the buyer to have thoroughly satisfied himself or herself as to the condition and value and to bid based upon that judgment solely. The seller shall and will make every reasonable effort to disclose any known defects associated with this vehicle at the buyers request prior to the close of sale. Affordable Auto Sales & Finance, Inc. have tried to describe the above mentioned vehicle to the best of our ability, however with all pre-owned automobiles the condition is subjective, so we recommend that the potential buyer fly out or stop by our showroom to inspect as well as test drive any of the vehicles before bidding on the vehicle. Remember some of these cars are near a decade old and they may be new to you, but that doesn't change the fact that they are used cars and repairs can be needed at any time regardless of how short a time period you have owned the car. While we try to service any known defects it is still possible for used vehicles to need service or repairs the first days or weeks of ownership. not likely, but possible! Since these vehicles are used, please remember that books, extra keys, remote entry keys, cd cartridges, etc..., do not always remain with vehicles throughout their life. We will not be responsible for these minor accessories. These items are all replaceable at any local factory dealer or right here on eBay for a few dollars.
