Up for sale is a fully loaded 2013 BMW M5 with The Executive Package, Driver assistance package; Lane Departure Warning, Active Blind Spot Detection, Side and Top View Cameras. It also has 20” M light alloy wheels, Bang & Olufsen Sound system, heated\cooling seats and much more!!!!Total MSRP for this vehicle was $107,995.00 with all the options that it has, I have window sticker and all the manuals.

The car has a salvage history since it was deemed an insurance loss due to flood damage. The car is clean inside out, the water never reached the inside of the car at all. Apparently the previous owner drove through a puddle of water and the engine sucked in water causing a “hydro locked” engine according to the insurance company.

What we did was had the engine flushed, transmission flushed, did engine oil service, transmission oil service, change spark plugs. The car fired right up after the entire service was completed. The car was tested at highway speeds and it drove without any issues, the transmission shifts gears smoothly as it should, the engine revs up just fine without any knocking sounds or weird noises. However after driving the vehicle for approximately 4,000 miles the check engine light came on indicating a light misfire on cylinder #4. We checked for cylinder compression, all cylinders had good compression except cylinder number 4 which has low compression. 

We suspect a bad ring or injector on cylinder #4. Again the engine does not have any sort of knocking sounds. Every other single component and electronic in this car has been tested and it is in working condition without a flaw. The car starts, runs and drives but the check engine light is on indicating a misfire on cylinder 4. 

We buy and sell cars from the insurance company for business. However my brother bought this car from the insurance company for personal use, did the car service, did state inspection, state\trooper inspection, registered the car and drove it for about 4,000 miles.  He does not want to deal with the mechanical headache of doing anymore besides what already has been done.

Above all, the car is in excellent condition inside out. The cars exterior and interior are flawless! With one exterior minor imperfection which is a very light (not noticeable) ding on the driver side fender, as you can see in the close up picture provided. Other than that the car exterior and interior are flawless

This vehicle is being sold as is where it is with no warranty of any kind. Third party inspections are welcome but must be completed before auction is over.
