I purchased this car when I retired from law enforcement last year. Unfortunately, I just landed a job which requires that I travel extensively in a vehicle and I refuse to do that to my BMW. So I am selling my car after only putting about 6 thousand miles on it.

This car is superloaded and for someone who wants the best of the best. Plus with 23,800 miles on it, it really is like brand new.
The title is clear on the car and I purchased it after the previous owners lien was paid off.

This car was purchased from WESTWOOD Motor Cars last July.
They specialize in high end BMW lemon law buybacks from the California Lemon law. The California Lemon law is one of the most liberal in the United States and a customer can return a car for pretty much any reason. The reason Westwood buys mostly BMW buybacks is because the company always offers to buy back a customer car for 100% customer satisfaction, even for the smallest problems. These cars are not salvage or junk cars, they are normal cars that may have had an issue that a customer wasn't willing to wait to have fixed so, according to the Lemon Law, the dealer must buy back the car. Nothing is voided and the warranty stays the same.
BMW buys any car back from a customer for whatever reason, to avoid any hassles. 99% of the time the problem is fixed and never occurs again. The warranty is not voided in any way and continues for the full 4 years and 50,000 miles.
( SEE BELOW FOR A SAMPLE OF A WESTWOOD MOTOR CAR BUYBACK AND WARRANTY)
The car still qualified for the full free maintenance at the time.
The benefit of buying one of these cars is that you usually get a great deal on a car that would normally cost a lot more. This car had a minor problem that the customer did not want to wait to have fixed. In this car's case, the previous owner didn't want to wait the thirty days for a new convertible top she had demanded when she felt it didn't lock properly. She also reported that a steering light was on, and although it worked fine after a module was replaced, she demanded a buyback.
This car now has a brand new black convertible top and has never been in the shop since the day it originally went in for the previous owners' problems back in February of 2011.
I have driven it for over a year ( About 6,000 miles for me) and the car is flawless. Never had a problem and the top works perfectly and is like new.
As far as options are concerned, it has all of them and an original sticker of 94,770. This car is impeccable inside and out. No dings or scratches.
On top of that, about three months ago I replaced the car's battery for 120.00 and bought two new tires for it at a cost of 1,000.00
That is all that was done and all you will ever have to have done for quite awhile. The brakes on this car are good until 40,000 miles, the oil is changed and the car runs amazing.
The paint is a silver and gold metallic, called Stratus Gray and it is amazing in the sun. Everything is top of the line on this car, from heads up display to the lane changing warning, blue tooth, high end stereo, etc. ( See list below)
**** SEE BELOW for a warranty price list.****
This car also qualifies for an extended warranty from all the auto warranty companies, and for about  $ 2,140, you can get 75000 mile /5 year bumper to bumper warranty for the car with a zero deductible. I was about to do this before my new job. Carchex is probably one of the best used car warranty
companies out there according to the BBB. I think the warranty is a great idea and gives you peace of mind.
But don't take my word for it about the BMW Buyback according to California Lemon Law, research the BMW Buyback, the Lemon law, and go on Westwood Motor Cars site, they explain it better than me. I am pricing this loaded vehicle below Kelley Blue book.

BMW M235i in circuit scrap with legendary E46 M3 CSL

Fri, 25 Apr 2014

Earlier this month, we brought you news that BMW's one-year wonder, the 2011 1 Series M Coupe, is actually trading for more money today than it did when new. That sort of short-term appreciation is a major rarity with modern production cars, but apparently it's not the only BMW enthusiast coupe to enjoy far-above-average residual values. The not-for-North America 2004 M3 CSL, itself a single-year offering, apparently also fits that description, as we've just learned from Auto Express.
The M3 CSL ruled overseas BMW showrooms a decade ago, with just 1,400 examples built. Based on the well-regarded E46 M3, the rare two-door was relieved of extraneous bits for improved track work and driver fidelity, coming in at around 240 fewer pounds than a garden-variety M3. With carbon-fiber-reinforced plastic bodywork, thinner glass and a lot less sound insulation, the CSL was one of the more raucous cars of its day. Like the 1M Coupe, it was also one of the more connected cars of the era, with a retuned suspension, quicker steering, and a bit more power than its brethren.
As Auto Express points out, a good used one commands about the same money as a brand-new 2014 M235i - the closest thing BMW makes to a 1M Coupe today - which makes this video track battle an interesting new-versus-used showdown. According to AE, a well-sorted used M3 CSL will run UK consumers anywhere between £30,000 and £35,000 - roughly $50,000 to $59,000 US. That's a massive premium over the $10k-17k British buyers can expect to shell out for a comparable standard M3, similar to the story that plays out for the 1M versus lesser 1 Series variants.

So, how do you actually pronounce that automaker's name?

Thu, Jan 21 2016

You probably have that friend who always says Porsche wrong, or maybe it's someone who keeps reminding you it's actually two syllables. Whichever side of the pronunciation debate you fall on, you'll find someone to root for in the video above. And before you ask, this was all the video team's idea. So don't get mad at me for being the voice of reason. BMW Chevrolet Hyundai Nissan Rolls-Royce Videos Original Video nissan qashqai

Wagons make a bit of a comeback, with new models, sales on the rise

Thu, Jan 10 2019

Consider this an official invitation to hop on the wagon bandwagon. There's still tons of room because, well, it's a wagon (and market share is still extremely small). But according to new data, the segment is growing. According to a report from Bloomberg, using data from Edmunds.com, roughly 211,600 Americans purchased wagons in 2018. That is technically down from the 237,600 sold in 2017, but wagon sales in the U.S. are up 29 percent from where they were five years ago. It's also the third year in a row that wagon sales broke the 200,000 mark. The sales trends have been somewhat representative of the availability of wagons. New models have debuted during the past 5 years and therefore offer more opportunity at more brands to buy wagons. In addition to more modest cars such as the Volkswagen Golf Sportwagen, several luxury and performance brands are offering wagons today, such as Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Porsche, Jaguar, Volvo and Buick. (Bloomberg's headlines make the point that "crossovers are for the Kardashians," and wagons are just, well, classier.) This uptick in brand-name availability, as well as extremely well-executed design on most of the wagons currently available, has helped increase the segment's desirability. That, and its ability to better accomplish the same tasks at hand while standing out from the crossover and SUV crowd. Still, the posted numbers represent a small fraction of the total vehicles sold. According to the data, wagons only held a 1.4 percent market share in 2017, the segment's best recent year. Wagons hold a steadfast place in America's past, and they're writing an interesting new story. With the downturn in traditional cars, they may continue to create an unexpected narrative.
