Condition & Inspection: Ultimate Auto Sales and its representatives have made every effort to accurately and fairly describe the vehicle to you and disclose any known information regarding it.  Ultimate Auto Sales welcomes an independent inspection of the vehicle prior to purchase.  All costs and arrangements for such inspections are the responsibility of the buyer.   All inspections are to be performed on the premises at Ultimate Auto Sales showroom. 

 Sale procedures: Contact me at 321-299-2602 within 24 hours of auction close to provide me with your information and to arrange payment and delivery. If no contact has been made within 48 hours, we reserve the right to re-list this vehicle or sell to another buyer. A deposit of US $500 is due within 48 hours of auction close. At time of sending deposit, buyer must fax/email their State issued valid Driver License and insurance information to 352-622-9778, alexa@ultautosales.com.  Full payment required within 7 days of auction close.  Payment may be made by direct deposit, bank-to-bank wire transfers, or cash. Please contact me with any questions about payment methods.  If above terms are not met, I have the right to re-list the item. Once a deposit is received, the vehicle is taken off the market and other buyers may be lost. Understandably so, all deposits are non-refundable. Please do not place a deposit unless you intend to purchase the vehicle. The vehicle will remain for sale in Ultimate Auto Sales’ showroom until a deposit has been made or it has been sold through Buy It Now.  The vehicle may be driven during this listing time so please ask for current miles. Ultimate Auto Sales reserves the right to end this listing at any time. 

 Fees & sale paperwork procedures: Ultimate Auto Sales charges a $199 documentation fee on each retail sale which includes a temporary tag when applicable, motor vehicle documents, transfers and miscellaneous expenses including clerical fees, notary fees, UPS and US mail charges. This fee will not be discounted or waived under any circumstance.  Buyers outside Florida are responsible for all state, county and local taxes as well as any registration and title fees applicable in and required by the state in which the buyer will register and title the vehicle.  The buyer is responsible for any expenses, taxes and fees should they export the car outside of the US. If the buyer is from Florida, Ultimate Auto Sales is required by law to collect all state, county, and local taxes as well as any registration and title fees. These fees are in addition to the purchase price. The buyer agrees to pay the remaining balance due including all applicable taxes and fees within 7 days of the purchase date. This includes the completion of any finance or lease contracts necessary for Ultimate Auto Sales to be funded in full for the vehicle purchase unless agreed upon by an authorized representative.  All financial transactions are to be complete and Ultimate Auto Sales fully funded before delivery and/or transportation of the vehicle. All sale paperwork and related title paperwork must be signed and returned complete to Ultimate Auto Sales before vehicle is released to buyer.
