2007 Bentley Continental Gtc Mansory Gt63 Package - 22" Wheels Custom on 2040-cars
Miami Beach, Florida, United States
2007 Bentley Continental GTC - Mansory Gt63 - White over Tan Interior - Black Top - Over $40,000 Spent on custom work. Its difficult to find a Bentley in White with a full Mansory Kit that looks like this one. They dont come around often. I bought the car locally in Miami, Fl about 19 months ago. My wife and I are about 2 weeks from having our first baby boy so we are looking for a Flying Spur or something with some additional room for our new little addition. The car has a dealer installed Mansory Gt63 full body kit. The kit includes the complete front and rear bumpers, the side skirts, and a rear spoiler on the trunk deck. All trim as well as the front grill shell changed from chrome to black. We added the 22" Forgeline wheels in matte black which ride just like it did with stock wheels. Zero rubbing when turning lock to lock etc. The car has a lowering module installed to create a great look and feel. Again, zero rubbing, no different than stock. JCM Performance in Pompano Beach handles the normal servicing requirements per manufactures specifications. However, we have never had any repairs or issues to date. Just normal servicing. Factory Info below - A beautiful 2007 Bentley Continental GT dressed in White on premium hide cream leather interior. This vehicle raises the bar--and lowers the price--of what we expect in the ultra-premium GT segment. Excellent interior materials, high-tech controls and features that make sense, all-wheel-drive confidence, "reasonable" price for a car in its Class.
According to Bentley, the Continental GT was "conceived to be a sporting coupe without rival." Striking in design, it's a full four-seater with four-wheel drive. Breathing with the assistance of twin turbochargers, its compact 552-horsepower W-12 engine drives a paddle-operated six-speed sequential automatic gearbox that promises supercar performance. The Continental GT can accelerate from zero to 60 mph in 4.5 seconds and the quarter mile flashes by in just 12.9 seconds at 109.7 mph. For reference, the GT can even outgun a same-year Porsche 911. Hedonists will be ga-ga once they slip into the sensuously styled cabin. Fit and finish are spectacular, with gleaming brightwork, veneers so lustrous they seem to have come from liquid trees and leather rich enough to make the people at Prada pout. The car's stoutness has its benefits--doors clump shut, vibrations and road intrusions are almost nonexistent--but handling responsiveness suffers. Even with wide, 20-inch sport tires, the Continental GT corners with liberal understeer and changes direction with regal deliberateness, not quick reflexes. One could argue, though, that a 64.9-mph slalom speed is very impressive for a nearly 2.5-ton, almost 16-foot-long luxury car.Carfax Note: In Novemeber of 2013, my wife had another driver bump into the drivers side rear rim while pulling out of the Whole Foods parking lot in South Beach. The wheel was the only part that contacted the other persons car. It was a few mph in a parking lot. We would be happy to take the car to Bentley to show that no paint work was ever needed or performed for piece of mind. I took pictures of the scratched wheel in case they are needed. Watch a Bentley Continental GT Speed hit 206 mph in Australia
Wed, Nov 4 2015The top speed listed on most cars is usually a rather theoretical affair. After all, where can you actually drive a car to its v-max, anyway? Well there are a few highways in the world – and really only a few – that will let you drive as fast as you can. One of them is in the Australian outback, so that's where Bentley took its new Continental GT Speed. The road in question is called the Stuart Highway. It's a 1,761-mile road which runs across the continent from Darwin in the north to Port Augusta in the south. That's about the same distance as driving from New York to Denver. Only unlike any of the highways you'd take to drive across America, the Stuart Highway has one long stretch of 120 miles between Alice Springs and Barrow Creek that is completely derestricted, and has been for the past two years since local authorities set about trying out removing the speed limit. To see how fast the new GT Speed could actually go in the real world, Bentley put Aussie touring car champion John Bowe behind the wheel and let 'er rip. The result is a top speed clocked at 206 miles per hour. That's pretty darn fast for any car, let alone one that weighs a massive 5,000 pounds. Its 6.0-liter twin-turbo W12 engine contributes significantly to that curb weight, but with 626 horsepower and 607 pound-feet of torque on tap, it also has the muscle to keep the Conti pulling like a freight train all the way up past the double-century mark. Watch it unfold in the video above. BENTLEY CONTINENTAL GT SPEED: VMAX IN THE OUTBACK - Continental GT Speed hits 206 mph (331 km/h) top speed on Stuart Highway, Australia - Northern Territory route one of only three derestricted roads in the world - Australian racing legend, John Bowe, takes Grand Tourer on extraordinary high-speed run - Continental GT Speed combines supercar performance with supreme luxury (Crewe, 04 November 2015) The 16MY Bentley Continental GT Speed has been taken to its top speed of 206 mph (331 km/h)* by Australian racing legend, John Bowe, on the derestricted Stuart Highway** deep in the Northern territory. The 635 PS (626 bhp), 820 Nm (607 lb.ft) W12-powered GT Speed Grand Tourer reached Vmax in just 76 seconds, covering a distance of 9.4 kilometres in the process. At top speed, the 6.0-litre twin-turbo Grand Tourer was covering a staggering 92 metres (or one football pitch) per second. John Bowe said: "This isn't a modified racecar; it's a luxurious grand touring road car fresh off the production line.
Bentley Bentayga Field Sports by Mulliner is the perfect SUV for rich hunters
Wed, Nov 22 2017Though it's primarily used for wagon versions of two-door cars now, the term " shooting brake" originally referred to a vehicle that was used for people to go out hunting and shooting. As such, the new Bentley Bentayga Field Sports by Mulliner is a literal shooting brake, as it's been customized for hunters. Bentley and Mulliner received assistance from ultra-custom gun manufacturer Purdey to help design this Bentayga to be useful for hunters. The results are centered around additional storage. In the cargo area, there's now a large sliding storage unit that contains several compartments that can house all variety of supplies from first-aid kits to additional rounds of ammunition. Of course since this is a Bentley, there is plenty of focus on luxury as well, hence the quilted leather interior, and the space for champagne flutes and your choice of high-class alcohol. In addition to the main storage, there's an additional locking case for a pair of guns. This case is also leather-covered, and it fits in a space between the rear seats. It seems that this special Bentley is currently just a one-off. But we suspect that if there's enough demand, Bentley might consider offering these options. If Bentley does go through with creating hunting variants for customers, we'd like to make a few suggestions to improve on the design. First off, Bentley has prominently featured a hunting dog in the promotional photos. Anyone with dogs knows that when they're outside, they're at risk for tracking in dirt and mud. That's not something you'd want in your leather-clad six-figure Bentley. So perhaps Bentley should consider some kind of cover, like what came with the Honda Element Dog Friendly Edition but fancier, or even custom rear seat storage for the dog. It could even feature a hose and drier for cleaning up your dog, similar to the Nissan Rogue Dogue. And, though the storage solution that Bentley, Mulliner and Purdey came up with is quite nice, they could go a step further, such as with Bentley's own Bentayga for falconry, or the Holland & Holland Range Rover. The former featured beautiful cork chests in the back for storage, and a custom wood inlay dash. The latter also came with a lovely wood cabinet for guns and liquor, but on top of that, buyers would get free refills on liquor. Those are seriously luxurious features, and would be perfect for a hunter's Bentayga. Feel free to use these ideas, Bentley.
Here's our first look at the new Bentley Flying Spur sedan
Tue, Jun 6 2017We've seen a few different versions of the new Bentley Continental GT coupe rolling around Europe, but now we have our first view at the Continental Flying Spur, the car's four-door variant. Just like the coupe, it looks a helluva lot like the outgoing model. Bentley has done just enough to keep the car looking fresh while retaining what are now characteristic traits of the Continental twins. The Flying Spur is really just a stretched version of the Continental GT, though the former no longer carries the Continental prefix. While we don't know exactly how much longer the wheelbase is, expect generous legroom for those in the backseat. Don't expect many changes from the B-pillar forward, including under the hood. Look for both a twin-turbo V8 and a meaty twin-turbo W12, both making copious amounts of horsepower and torque. These spy shots don't give us the best view of the front, but we can see that Bentley has stuck on fake headlights, just like the GT prototypes. The grille appears to be a little more upright than the current model. There looks to be significant differences between the front of the GT and the Flying Spur, but we'll have to wait for another look. The rear has the now requisite oval taillights and exhaust tips. The entire rear looks like a GT with wide hips. There's been no word on when the car will debut, but look for news as soon as this fall or early next spring.
