Audi introduced its stylish TT sports car for the 2000 model year. This TT is equipped with permanently engaged quattro all-wheel drive, as well as a 250-hp turbocharged 3.2L six-cylinder engine., which was introduced that year.

Exterior
Short front and rear overhangs and what Audi calls a “low, fastback greenhouse” above a high belt line are part of the TT’s styling. The TT flaunts unique, rounded styling and an integrated, attention-grabbing appearance. Straight lines occur only along the sides of its body between the front and rear wheels.

All TT models are 159.1 inches long overall and 53 inches tall. The car’s ground clearance is a mere 4.4 inches.

Interior
Front-seat occupants sit low to the ground, which makes it necessary to twist and turn when entering and exiting the coupe because of the sloping roof pillars. The coupe’s backseat is essentially a token space.

Under the Hood
This vehicle is equipped with a 250-hp, 3.2L V-6 engine, which is married to a six-speed-automatic transmission with Tiptronic gear selection and quattro all-wheel drive.

Safety
Audi’s Electronic Stabilization Program, all-disc antilock brakes, seat-mounted head and chest side-impact airbags, and traction control are standard.

Driving Impressions
Not many cars express more visual appeal than the TT. The car’s handling is one of its prime attractions. Steering demands some effort, but the TT reacts quickly and goes just where you want it.

This particular vehicle is in great shape. Just look at the pictures and judge for yourself. The vehicle is mechanically sound and the interior looks nice and smells great. The engine sounds great, it handles and drives superbly and has no problem developing high speeds. Car runs straight as an arrow and tires do not pull in any direction. The car can be exported, transferred and registered in any state. The radio on this vehicle has been taken out. We have placed a radio in it, but it is not hooked up.

Shipping in the continental US is about $700.00- $850.00 from coast to coast, similar prices from Florida to N.Y. If you are somewhere in between use common sense and figure it out, or email me and I can give you quote by the next day. Shipping would be paid COD.

The shipping to Europe from Florida would cost about$ 800.00 (Ro-Ro)

Enclosed Container to Rotterdam, Antwerp or Bremenhaven $1100.00. Spain, Portugal, France, Italy, Scandinavian states and England are about $1400.00. Container is prepaid. Ro-Ro is paid when you get the car.

The shipping to Middle East, Australia, Japan and Africa is about $1500.00 (RO-RO)

Next Audi A8 to drive itself up to 37 mph

Audi has been publicly, loudly, working the autonomous angle for years - it was working on Shelley, the autonomous TTS that would climb Pikes Peak in 27 minutes, way back in in 2009. Parent company Volkswagen had been working with Stanford University on autonomous vehicles for five years before that, and the same program collaboration would take the lead in Audi's efforts here. Where are we now? Well, a convoy of Audi A7s just drove journalists from San Francisco to the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas, with "piloted driving in 100 mile stints." On the highway, the "piloted driving" A7 works up to 70 miles per hour and can change lanes, pass other cars, accelerate and brake on its own. A report in Autoweek says public adoption of the technology will continue with the next-generation A8, which will be able to navigate on its own up to 37 mph, make its way through traffic, find a parking spot and park itself. Over time, capabilities will be added - like a higher mph limit - as the technology and the legal issues are fine tuned. The A7 that just did the SF-to-LV run doesn't work in cities, only on highways, so it appears Audi is kicking this off with the abilities demonstrated in an A6 Avant last year at CES. That car had a Traffic Jam mode that only worked in dense traffic and up to 40 mph, but when in operation, it allowed the driver to watch a movie or conduct a videoconference. We have a feeling those two bits of icing won't be included in the fourth-generation A8, though. We'll be late to the party when the big sedan comes; Audi says it will go on sale by the end of 2016, but the US isn't expected to get it until 2017 as a 2018 model. Sunday Drive: Volvo hits a crossover home run, and people still love sports cars

Looking back at the week that just was clearly tells us at least three things. First, crossovers don't have to be boring. Second, people still love sports cars, from the attainable (Audi TT RS) to the fanciful (Mercedes-AMG GT C). And finally, the traditional German trio of premium luxury brands had better not rest on their laurels, because credible challengers are coming in from every direction. The biggest reveal of the week, at least judging by the interest of Autoblog readers, was the Volvo XC40. Not only is the little 'ute a looker, it introduces some innovative new buying/leasing schemes designed to appeal to an audience accustomed to trading in and trading up every couple of years. Think of Volvo's flat-fee lease as you would a smartphone contract, and you'll be on the right track. Genesis looks to have a hit on its hands in the form of the G70 sport sedan. We took a Korean-spec model for a spin and found a lot to like about the upstart contender. We can't wait to sample one here in the United States to see how it stacks up against the Audi A4, BMW 3 Series, and Mercedes-Benz C-Class. In other news, we're still really excited to see a production Ford Ranger Raptor. Ken Block and friends race light in silly-beautiful Castrol commercial

How does one make fast, loud, drifting cars better? Well, you can add more fast, loud, drifting cars or you can add lasers. Either or, really. In this case, Castrol did the right thing and added both, creating a highly stylized commercial for its Edge Titanium motor oil starring South African racer Adrian Zaugg, BMW factory driver Augusto Farfus, Audi DTM and Le Mans staple Mike Rockenfeller and some bloke named Ken Block.
Their cars? No surprise, but Block is in his Ford Fiesta GRC, while Zaugg samples a Lamborghini Aventador and Farfus and Rockenfeller drive along party lines, with a BMW M4 and an Audi R8, respectively. And those cars look good, too, thanks to the creative light and laser work on display.
