  Payment Terms

Winning bidder MUST make $500 deposit within 24 HOURS of auction end to secure the vehicle and contact us to make arrangements for the remaining balance.  The remainder of the balance is due within 7 days of auction end.  If no deposit or contact is made withing 24 hours we reserve the right to relist the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder, or sell it otherwise.  Please arrange financing prior to bidding.  All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.

Fee and Tax Information

Buyers are responsible for all motor vehicle fees and taxes in the state they register the vehicle.  Spallco Vehicle Sales is a Delaware Dealer and can issue a 60 day temporary tag for $10.  Vehicle MUST have insurance coverage bound to vehicle to issue the temporary tag.
