Carbon fiber rear spoiler and a custom painted OSIR Carbon Fiber Hood. Custom Silver/Black headlights with 8000K HID'S. Tinted taillights,side markers and windows. Interior has aluminum vent covers,gauge and dash trim ect.. Carbon fiber knee guards,door handles and parking brake. White LED'S throughout. Has AEM Digital Boost and Air Fuel Ratio Gauges mounted in center vent locations. NICE! Suspension has Koni adjustable coilovers, 18" HP EVO Wheels. CPT adjustable LCA'S. Drilled and slotted rotors with Hawk pads. The engine will run 390 real wheel horsepower. You need an all wheel dyno to measure this. The engine parts start with a set of Heavy Duty Scat connection rods. Set of Cat Cams, an AEB ported,polished air flowed cylinder head. A large Garrett GT2871R Turbocharger with a .64 a/r turbine housing. Pag Parts cast iron exhaust manifold, 3" stainless downpipe to a hi flow cat and Borla catback exhaust. Has a custom front mount intercooler, dual inlet air intake into Carbon Fiber TTDA. Polished MOFO MAF. Runs 630cc injectors with Chris Tapp Tune with 93/100 oct. Audi launches traffic light timing system in Las Vegas
Tue, Dec 6 2016Audi announced today that its new Traffic Light Information (TLI) system will go online in Las Vegas this month, making it the first city to activate a vehicle-to-infrastructure (V2I) system on public roads. The system transmits information from traffic lights to servers operated by Audi partner Traffic Technology Services and onto compatible Audis over a 4G LTE connection. This will allow drivers to see how long it will take the red light ahead to change to green. The feature is available on Audi A4, A4 Allroad, and Q7 models built after June 1, 2016, and requires a subscription to Audi's streaming service. Audi points out that setting up a V2I infrastructure opens up the possibility to provide navigation directions that take traffic lights into account. Cars could even coach drivers how fast to go to hit more green lights. In addition, this information could allow engine start-stop systems to shut off sooner when approaching red lights and start up immediately when the light turns green. Information could also flow back to municipalities, giving them a more accurate picture of traffic flow. Washington will soon join Las Vegas in supporting Audi's V2I technology. They're the only two cities confirmed so far, though Audi says it's working to get more on board. Related Video:
VW confirms development of 10-speed dual clutch, 134-hp/liter diesel
Fri, 26 Apr 2013Each year, the Vienna International Motor Symposium showcases some of the up-and-coming technologies automakers are engineering for the use in passenger cars, and Volkswagen AG CEO Martin Winterkorn revealed some big developments VW is working on for its future products. Winterkorn discussed a multi-faceted approach that VW is looking to reduce its fleet fuel consumption and exhaust emissions.
Some of the bigger news he discussed included a "high-performance" diesel engine that will produce 134 horsepower per liter and a 10-speed DSG automatic transmission. While no specific applications were mentioned, we can only hope this is for the Audi R4 we keep hearing about.
Another topic he touched on that caused us to perk up our ears was had to do with VW's plug-in hybrid technology. While we know the PHEV versions of the Audi A3 and Porsche Panamera are on the way, Winterkorn also said that these two models will be followed up by Golf, Passat, Audi A6 and Porsche Cayenne plug-in models.
