I have for sale my 2002 Audi Allroad.  I've owned the car for almost 5 years and it's been a pleasure to drive.  The car had all 4 tires replaced within the last year and a half.  The front air suspension has been replaced along with the air suspension compressor.  The engine does have an oil leak.  The transmission shifts with no problem going forward but does slip when going in reverse.  I don't really notice the transmission slip unless you try to floor it when going in reverse.  The exterior of the car is really good condition with only a couple minor door dings and one spot near driver side tail light.  I took a picture showing that spot.  The wheels are in excellent condition with no road rash and the tires are in great shape.  I changed out the headlights a few years back to a newer style that has led lights built in.   I really like the look of them but they cause a fault in the auto leveling sensor for the head lights.  You can see the warning light on the dash but the headlights work fine.

Please email me if you have any questions.

Audi teases E-Tron Sportback concept for Shanghai

Mon, Apr 17 2017

Auto Shanghai is just around the corner, and Audi will be there with a new electrified vehicle concept. Audi isn't saying much about the car, called the E-Tron Sportback, but it has released a couple teaser shots as well as a handful of design sketches to give us a glimpse of what to expect later this week. In one image, Audi design boss Marc Lichte lifts up a corner of the sheet to show part of the E-Tron Sportback's front fascia. We see an illuminated Audi logo glowing through the fabric, and detail shots show that feature duplicated on the rear of the vehicle. The car's large wheels are pushed far to the corners, adding a squat, muscular look to its coupe-like silhouette. The slender side mirrors in the sketch mimic the slim look of the headlights. Rear lighting stretches across the back of the vehicle below the liftgate. While the "E-Tron" moniker clues us in to the car's green sensibilities, it doesn't necessarily mean that it will be purely powered by electricity – recall the A3 E-Tron PHEV. The lack of a visible tailpipe in photos or sketches, though, suggests that a proper battery electric vehicle is a likelihood for this concept. That would fit with Audi's plans to release more EVs in the future, following the launch of an E-Tron SUV. Hopefully we'll get more details about the luxury brand's electric future when the E-Tron Sportback concept gets its debut later this week. Justin Bell laps Willow Springs... in the dark... using only night vision

Fri, 11 Jan 2013

Night vision has made its way into quite a few luxury cars as a night-driving safety feature, but eBay Motors wanted to see if the technology could be used to actually drive the car. Former racer and World's Faster Car Show host Justin Bell grabbed the keys to an Audi A7 and headed to Willow Springs Raceway to find out.
As if driving in the dark of the desert night wasn't hard enough, the car's windshield and side windows were blacked out, so Bell's driving relied completely on the three-inch night vision display located in the gauge cluster. In addition to navigating the track, his producers also threw in a few surprises for Bell on the track. We don't want to spoil too much for you, but based on the speeds exhibited in the video, we don't think 24-hour endurance races will be adding this tech any time soon; that being said, he probably drove the car faster and better than we could have.
Scroll down to watch how Bell does lapping the track using only the car's night vision.
