Fuel Pump issue- Car intermittently takes 4-5 seconds to start. Cranks to get gas up to the engine and then starts and runs fine. I have been told that the fuel pump is good, but there is a part that connects to it to keep the fuel pressurized when the car is shut off. This part has failed and the pressure is not always held. Since this is the case when you are first starting the car it can take a few extra seconds to build the pressure to get the gas to the engine.
Air Bag Light- Air bag light is on due to middle rear seat belt sensor. Error code said that the sensor is measuring high. I can clear the code and it will come back on after use of the rear middle seat belt.
Steering Wheel Light- Error light is on indicating that the key is not mating with the controller. When this error is on I experience no issues (other than the light is being on). The keyless start push button works flawless. I have been driving with this issue for 6 months. From what I can find when this error occurs it causes the steering wheel to lock and you can not get the key out. In my case the steering wheel does not lock and the car runs fine. I have taken it to a mechanic and they have confirmed that besides the light being on they really do not see an issue. If you clear the error the key may not be recognized at first try. Walking away from the car and coming back to it the error light will be on and the car starts again with no issues.

2014 Audi R8 officially on sale, starting at $114,900*
Fri, 12 Apr 2013After skipping the 2013 model year, the Audi R8 is back for 2014 with a new look, added performance and a slightly higher starting price. In V8 coupe form, the 2014 R8 starts at $114,900 (*not including $1,250 for destination and a $3,000 gas-guzzler tax), but looking at that price, which has risen just $5,900 since the performance coupe first debuted in the US for 2008, inflation doesn't seem to have hit the R8 as hard as some other sports coupes - like, say, the Nissan GT-R.
Opting for the S tronic automatic gearbox will cost $9,100 for all models, while R8 V8 and R8 V10 models still offer the drop-top Spyder model for an extra $13,500. Not available in Spyder form, is the all-new 550-horsepower R8 V10 Plus, which starts at $170,545. Scroll down for the full pricing breakdown of the 2014 R8, which went on sale yesterday.
Audi RS3 Sportback is the hottest hatch
Fri, Dec 12 2014Fans of compact, European vehicles that mix luxury and performance should be in paradise right now. There's already the 320-horsepower M235i from BMW and the 355-hp CLA45 AMG (or A45 elsewhere) from Mercedes-Benz, but you can now add one more to the list. Meet the Audi RS3 Sportback, which boasts 362 hp and five doors, too. With propulsion coming from Audi's turbocharged 2.5-liter five-cylinder that makes 343 pound-feet of torque (465 newton-meters), the RS3 Sportback can scramble to 62 miles per hour in 4.3 seconds. Top speed is limited to 155 mph, but buyers can opt to raise that top end to 174 if desired. The inline-five is mated to a seven-speed S-tronic dual-clutch gearbox, sending power to the ground via Quattro all-wheel drive with torque vectoring, which can send between 50 and 100 percent of the power to the rear wheels as needed. To cope with the boosted output, the suspension has been lowered by an inch compared to the standard A3 Sportback, and magnetic dampers are a further option. Buyers can also tick the box for carbon-fiber-ceramic brake rotors at the front. The RS3 goes on a diet its latest iteration, too, weighing 121 pounds less than its predecessor. While buyers get potent power, Audi keeps the looks understated. The exterior wears a front airdam with larger openings and some aluminum flourishes, and a diffuser at the back gets some more matte trim. A roof spoiler and aluminum look for the mirror housings add a few other touches to catch the eye. Inside, all versions get sport seats covered in Nappa leather and a flat-bottom steering wheel wrapped in leather and Alcantara. But for the really sporty look, buyers can spec optional RS buckets with a carbon shell that weigh 15 pounds less than the standard units. European deliveries of the RS3 Sportback begin in the summer. Autoblog reached out to Audi spokesperson Mark Dahncke who told us there are currently "no plans to bring it to the US." Scroll down to read Audi's full announcement of this five-door hot hatch.
