Up for auction 2007 Audi A4 2.0T quattro. The car has a flood title and will need to go through salvage inspection, it was flooder during the Sandy storm. It was flooded up to the seat level, the water level did not reach the shifter base. The whole interior was removed and washed with fresh water so as the car inside and all the wiring harnesses, so there is no salt left. all of damaged wiring was replaced and checked, also air bag control module and central convenience module were replaced. the car runs and drives like new
The engine oil did not have any evidence of water in it, oil was replaced with synthetic oil, the transmission fluid did not have any water in it as well, only rear differential had about 50 grams of water in it, the fluid was replaced, all the fluids were checked and/or changed before the car was started.
There is a couple of problems:
1. air bag light is on(the passenger occupancy module have to be replaced in the passenger seat)
2.one of the drive belt pulleys making noise
3.front seat belts have stains (see pictures)
4.seat cushions leather have small damages(see pictures)

NOTE: airbag problem have been resolved, turned out to be that due to the airbag module was replaced the occupancy control module had to be re-calibrated... so the problem is fixed and the airbag system is working properly and no more airbag light!!!

NOTE: the pulley noise came out to be the A/C compressor, we replaced it and the noise is gone.!!! now it sounds like new!!!

Volkswagen Group previews its wares on eve of Geneva show

The Volkswagen Group is comprised of 11 brands producing 240 vehicles across 49 factories throughout the world. So the best way to show off the range of the VW family is to cram a few thousand journalists and VIPs into a massive makeshift stand to outline the Group's goals, what's in the pipeline and what you'll be able to buy later this year.
To that end, VW pulled out all the stops on the eve of the 2012 Geneva Motor Show, bringing along 10 vehicles from across the range. We'll be delving into the details of each over the next two days of show coverage, but before that happens, you can read all about what we saw tonight from the cheap seats after the break.

After Le Mans exit, Audi adds World Rallycross to Formula E and DTM efforts

Back in October, Dieselgate claimed another victim: Audi's FIA World Endurance Championship program. Audi left at the height of its Le Mans racing prowess, having won 13 times overall in 18 years at the famous French race. We didn't expect Audi Sport to confine itself solely to the Formula E and Deutsche Tourenwagen Masters (DTM) series, and so today Audi announced that the company would officially back an existing FIA World Rallycross Championship (World RX) team, EKS, in 2017. EKS was formed by Mattias Ekstrom, who is also a factory Audi DTM driver with a couple of championships under his belt in that series. He's been competing in various rally and touring car series for years, and even snagged a ride in a NASCAR Sprint Cup race back in 2010 at Infineon Raceway. The EKS team came together in 2014, with Ekstrom fielding an Audi S1 EKS RX Quattro. And the team hasn't done too badly for itself; in 2016, it took the driver's and team championships. There's only so much Ekstrom's team as privateers can do to protect its championship from factory-backed teams, so that explains why Audi Sport was happy to step in with full support – including vehicle development supported by the actual motorsport department at Audi.
