Hello and thank you for looking!  Up for auction is my well-maintained 2004 Manual 6-speed Audi A4 3.0(220hp V6), with a smooth Dolphin Grey exterior color and 18 inch premium wheels. The interior is black with leather, and walnut trim.   Currently there is about 128,000 miles on the car.  The car has been garage kept since I purchased it pre-owned certified back in 2007.  Timing belt along with tension belts were replaced at 97,000 miles. Car has been serviced by Audi of Willow Grove and Cherry Hill.   All four tires are less than a year old, and I had all brake pads and rotors(ceramic pads, drilled and slotted rotors) replaced in December (about 3,000 miles since).  The exterior is in great shape and gets its usual wax every 3-6 months with tinted front, rear and back windows.  There is a slight mark on passenger side and a slight mark on the driver side, with your basic MINOR marks on the rear bumper and front bumper.  The interior is very sharp and also well-maintained.  Included is Factory OEM rubber floor mats, Factory navigation with six disk cd changer, Sirius Satellite Radio, power passenger and driver seats, premium sound with factory subwoofer, and rubber trunk mat.  Also included is the premium package(Glass Sunroof with power tilt and slide, Duel Climate Control, Homelink Remote transmitter, Auto-Dimming Mirror with Compass, Auto-Dimming Exterior Mirrors, Seat Memory, Xenon Lights, Auto Fold in Mirrors, Defrost mode for exterior mirrors), and YES I ALSO have the original sticker, as I can email upon request. The driver side has a minor tear in the seat from normal wear, not abuse.  There has only been one owner other than myself so the car has been treated like it should, with care.  No accidents in its history and it has a smoke-free history. Also included will be the Audi OEM Base Carrier bars for travel that go on top of the car.  I did not have enough room for pictures but here is the link and they are also in great shape and DO include the ski/snowboard rack WITH wind shield for better gas mileage(total price new for this accessory is close to $650)! If you would like pictures I can email them to you and please feel free to ask ANY questions.  The car is located in Northeast Philadelphia, and shipping would be paid by the buyer.  Here is the link for the Base Carriers http://parts.audiusa.com/audiParts/index.cfm?action=accessories&makeid=2&manufacturerid=1013&catalogid=2379&categoryid=48711&subcat1=0&subcat2=0&subcat3=0&subcat4=0&subcat5=0&modelid=921&siteid=16&itemid=407063&jointvehid=18104&startyear=2004&startrow=1&partnumber=&description=&retval=%2Faudiparts%2Findex%2Ecfm%3Faction%3Daccessories%26siteid%3D16%26catalogid%3D2379

Weekly Recap: The divergent paths of Tesla and Fisker

Sat, 02 Aug 2014

There's no doubt that Tesla is downshifting while Fisker has been grinding its gears. But it wasn't always that way.
In the wake of Tesla's recent success, it's easy to forget that there were once two California electric carmakers with bright futures.

The Audi R8 e-tron is dead with less than 100 built

Wed, Oct 12 2016

According to a report from Car and Driver, the Audi R8 e-tron is dead (again!) after fewer than 100 examples of the all-electric model were built. This is an anticlimactic end to what could be termed an e-saga, with enough twists and turns to make a Hollywood scriptwriter sit up and start pecking out a screenplay. But here's the important number to keep in mind: 100. That's the production number the R8 e-tron failed to reach. The final tally is less than that, an Audi rep told Car and Driver. And what few were built were sold furtively, and only in Europe, in a strange back-channel in which dealers referred potential buyers right to Audi HQ, says the report. All of these transactions happened without the benefit of an online configurator or any published materials, we understand. That doesn't sound like a recipe for wild success – and neither did the $1,000,000+ pricetag. And this is just the latest stumbling block for the R8 e-tron, which was cancelled the first time back in 2012 when it was still based on the sinister, classic shape of the first-generation R8. If you recall, there was some confusion about the limited run of those first-generation cars, which were initially tipped to be sold to the public. In a strange move, Audi walked that back and held onto the cars for "internal purposes." So it was, until 2015, when we saw the second-generation R8 e-tron in Geneva. Audi promised it'd go on sale in 2015 "upon customer request," which was some foreshadowing to the unusual dealership referral sales model we discussed above. Nonetheless, it seemed like it would be a supremely interesting electric sportscar, with 456 horsepower, 679 pound-feet of torque, a 0-62 mph time of 3.9 seconds, and a range of up to 280 miles. Alas, except for the fewer than 100 European owners who managed to take delivery before Audi yanked the cord, the R8 e-tron's emissionless charms will go unappreciated. We're hoping to get more specific confirmation from Audi about the nature of the cancellation and the exact number produced; until then, stay tuned. Related Video:

Cars we're thankful we drove in 2019

Thu, Nov 28 2019

We drove a lot of cars in 2019, and there's still a month to go. We drove them in our home office in Michigan, at our remote offices in Seattle, Portland, Ore., and Columbus, Ohio, and throughout the globe on myriad press launches. We could count them, but hey, that seems boastful.  Instead, we want to be thankful. Not only for the opportunity to do this wonderful task some might describe as a "job," but for the new, shiny cars that brighten our days (and most hopefully yours). We asked our fellow editors which car they were most thankful to drive in 2019 ... here are our answers. 2019 Hyundai Veloster N Performance Senior Editor Alex Kierstein Every once in a while a car comes along that changes the narrative on a company or its segment, and everyone scrambles to experience it for themselves. This year, for me, that car’s the Veloster N Performance, perhaps the most transformative car the companyÂ’s ever built. Everyone whoÂ’s driven it, here and elsewhere, says it captures all those intangibles that make great driving hatchbacks great. And IÂ’m thankful that I got a go in it before all of them left the fleet, because it does. It upends the segment long dominated by the GTI, a car that nails its brief. The N is rowdy and loud, sure, but it also has some of the most deftly tuned suspension IÂ’ve come across in a front driver. My advice: if youÂ’re in the market for something fun and unique, go test drive a Veloster N. I think youÂ’ll be thankful you did. 2019 Hyundai Veloster N View 47 Photos 2019 Audi E-Tron Senior Editor, Green, John Beltz Snyder IÂ’m pleased that I got to drive the Audi E-Tron. ThatÂ’s high praise for a year in which I also drove the stellar Jaguar I-Pace. The E-Tron, while not as sporty as the Jaguar, is excellently executed, and feels like a more refined, polished offering. ItÂ’s quick, whisper-quiet, comfortable, stylish inside and out, and incredibly sturdy. Some may lament that it doesnÂ’t do much to stand out from ICE vehicles, but I donÂ’t think it needs to. What it does need to do is win over the electro-skeptical, and I think Audi put its best foot forward with a crossover that can do just that, and more. So, yeah, not only am I thankful that I got to drive it, IÂ’m glad that itÂ’s compelling enough that itÂ’ll hopefully make potential customers feel the same. 2020 Audi E-Tron View 13 Photos 2013 Peugeot 508 West Coast Editor James Riswick My choice totally sucks.
