Payments: A $500 (non-refundable) Paypal deposit is required within 48 hours of the close of the Auction. When the deposit has been submitted, "Buyer" MUST fax a copy of their valid, state-issued driver's license. The remaining balance must be paid within 7 days via cash, wire transfer, certified bank check, financing through your bank, approved financing through our lenders, cashier’s check, money order. If payment is made by cashier's check, we reserve the right to hold all titles for 10 days or until funds have cleared. In addition to the final selling price the winning bidder is also responsible for paying our $279 Dealer Document Fee.

Taxes and Fees: "Buyer" is responsible not only for knowing their own states' laws regarding taxes and fees, but also remitting the proper taxes, fees, and documents for their state. All taxes and fees must be paid in full in order for the vehicle to be titled and registered.

Title Information: Vehicle titles may be held by banks or lenders as collateral for loans. In many cases there is 2 day delay in receiving the original title. While we usually have all titles in our possession at closing, there are occasions where we may be waiting for them to arrive. Please call us to see if we have the title in hand.

Location / Pick Up: We're an online "appointment only" luxury car dealership focusing on Mercedes, Audi and Porsche located in New Castle, Delaware 19720. We're located 3 minutes away from the New Castle County Airport in Delaware and about 30 minutes from the Philadelphia International Airport (PHL) and the Baltimore International Airport (BWI).
A free shuttle from the airport to our Dealership can be requested by the Buyer at no added cost.
A free 60-day temporary tag will be provided at the time of vehicle pick up if requested by the Buyer at no added cost

Shipping and Delivery: We can assist in shipping your car anywhere you reside, worldwide!

All shipping charges are the "Buyer's" responsibility. We will help with shipping arrangements but will not be responsible in any way for claims arising from shipping damage! Licensed "Carriers" are generally insured for $3,000,000.00. We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after the vehicle leaves our showroom. All shipping arrangements provided by us are strictly a courtesy. We are not affiliated with any carrier. Any claims or other communication regarding shipment of vehicles will be between you and the "Carrier" and not with us. The amount of time it takes for delivery depends upon the "Carrier" selected. A typical experience is 7-14 days from the date the vehicle is picked up from our facility until it is delivered to your destination. Verify with the "Carrier" for an Estimated Time of Arrival to be sure.

Shipping to surrounding states (PA, NJ, MD, DE) within 75 miles will be $160. For further locations, contact us or Google carriers that will ship vehicles OR use uship.com to get a quote. Shipping a vehicle is much much easier than most people may think. Typically, single car shipments are $2-3 per mile. We would recommend making an auction on Uship if you're familiar with it and have people bid for the lowest price. Shipping to central US (ie: Oklahoma or South Dakota) may be about $1,000 just to use as an estimate.
