Clean CarFax - Beautiful Condition

Simply put, the most beautiful car you have ever seen.

Yes I've seen the 5 or 6 in Auto Trader (mine is nicer AND a better price) and yes I know you can buy one in the US for $80-85,000. Then add on:

•   A letter from Aston for recall clearance: $1000

•   Duty @ 6.1%: $5000

•   Shipping / Handling to Canada: $2500

•   Gas Guzzler Tax: $4000

•   AC Tax: $100

•   Broker Fees: $1000

•   Daytime Running Light Mod: $1000

•   RIV Inspection: $500 plus a week of running around

•   TOTAL: $15,000++ PLUS ANY SURPRISES WHEN IT GETS HERE

Mine has:

  • Fresh 24k service ($4,000)
  • Newly install 3M Clear Bra right up to the doors including mirrors and headlights ($3,000)
  • Caliber K40 Remotely installed Radar Detector ($2000 installed)
  • Blinder HP-905 Laser Jammer ($1500 installed)
  • New rear tires ($1,500) - Fronts at 80%

Its far easier to take this one.  I LOVE CARS so I bought this to drive for the summer.  I fixed a power window module and did the expensive service on the car so all you have to do is put gas in it and GO.

I’m just breaking even on this car and going to but something else... maybe a Maserati or a Ferrari or another Aston.

I may be interested in a trade for a Beech Baron or Duke aircraft.

This very unique 2007 DB9 comes in Titanium Silver with a Obsidian Red & Black interior bolted on top of the optional Sports Package… it is beyond any doubt THE PRETTIEST DB9 YOU WILL EVER SEE!!!  It is by far the most beautiful car I have ever seen.

It features an amazing 6.0L 469HP V-12 48-valve monster engine, an F1 style sequential transmission with automatic mode, Navigation, Black Stitching on Seats with Piano Black trim.  This is a car for the real driving enthusiast.  From the moment you jump in and press the solid crystal START button which sparks this V-12 super car to life.  The gearbox is smooth and precise and very well matched to the 6.0litre V12 engine. This car is originally from the US with 23,000 miles and was previously serviced by Aston Martin.  It has in fact just been serviced by Aston.  The car is in remarkable condition and fully maintained and serviced up to date and full service records, 2 keys with remote, and owners’ manual.

Has Aston Martin abandoned plans for a Lagonda SUV?

Sat, Jul 19 2014

Aston Martin may possibly (hopefully?) axe plans for a Lagonda-badged SUV, according to a new report from the blokes at Piston Heads. If this is true, it'd serve as proof that the auto gods are good, and want us to be happy. The report is based on statements made by Director of Design Marek Reichman. "We still have plans for the brand. There might be some surprises in the marque's re-establishment into the market place, but as a very unique coachbuilt experience. And that's probably what's most befitting of the brand," Reichman told PH when asked about the Lagonda SUV, which debuted way back in 2009. "That was a different time [when the Lagonda debuted]," Reichman continued. "It was [Dr. Ulrich Bez's] time. And now we're in a very, very different time, with a different plan and with a different projection of what that brand should become." Considering the spy shots we've already seen (inset), PH's conclusion that the Lagonda brand would be reborn as an ultra-exclusive sedan doesn't seem far off. As for the rumors that AM would look to Mercedes-Benz for its SUV architecture, well, it's not looking so good any more. What do you think? Should Aston Martin launch a sedan above the Rapide? What would you expect in terms of price and performance? Let us know in Comments.

Aston Martin Valkyrie could beat that new Nurburgring record, Red Bull F1 boss says

Mon, Jul 2 2018

During last weekend's Austrian Formula 1 Grand Prix, Race Fans asked Red Bull F1 team principal Christian Horner about the Aston Martin Valkyrie. The question was whether the coming hypercar, a collaboration between Red Bull and title sponsor Aston Martin, could beat the stunning lap record around the Nurburgring just set by the Porsche 919 Hybrid Evo. Horner's answer: "I'm not sure a Formula 1 car could actually do it, but I think that the Valkyrie — certainly the track version of the Valkyrie Β— could be a contender." That's a qualified endorsement, but it still counts as support merely putting the Valkyrie AMR Pro in the conversation. Let's compare, shall we? The 919 Hybrid Evo is based on the 2017 World Endurance Championship-winning 919 Hybrid. Freed from motorsport regulations, Porsche Motorsport upgraded numerous performance bits. The 2.0-liter, turbocharged V-four-cylinder went from 500 hp to 720 hp. The two KERS units went from 400 hp to 440 hp. We don't have a figure for downforce, but items like active aero, a larger front diffuser, optimized turning vanes, and larger rear wing increased downforce by 53 percent over the WEC car, at the same time being 66 percent more aero efficient. It weighs 849 kg dry, or 1,868 pounds because Porsche threw out everything that didn't contribute to speed. The Valkyrie specs we know of so far state a weight of 1,000 kilograms, or 2,200 pounds. Powering that is a custom, naturally aspirated, 6.5-liter AMR Cosworth V12 with more than 900 horsepower, augmented by a kinetic energy recovery system contributing around 230 hp. According to Autocar's sources, the Valkyrie could generate up to 4,000 pounds of downforce at an aerodynamically-limited 225 miles per hour. That boggling number comes courtesy of Adrian Newey's prowess at making changes such as openings between the front wheel arches and the cockpit that work the front wing harder. The two-seater coupe's unrestricted top speed is 254 mph. Note, though, that the Valkyrie AMR Pro will be more powerful, lighter, and could have even more downforce. And since Aston Martin and Newey continue to work on the hypercar, specs could get even better before deliveries begin. Right now, Horner's suggestion doesn't seem all that outrageous. We'll also wait to see if the Mercedes-AMG Project One pokes its nose in the ring, too. Not long ago, AMG chief Tobias Moers said it's "reasonable to speculate" the F1-inspired hypercar could claim an absolute lap record around the 'Ring.

Continuation Aston Martin DB4 GTs unleashed at Silverstone track day

Thu, May 3 2018

The first customers for the Aston Martin DB4 GT continuation cars have now gotten to experience track time in them. Aston arranged a customer track day at Silverstone, with five continuation GTs stretching their legs on the legendary circuit. The continuation cars are a 25-car run built by Newport Pagnell's Aston Martin Works, after the original 1959 recipe. The manufacturer has dedicated a two-year international track driving program for the cars, and the next event after Silverstone will be the Rockingham circuit in the UK on June 21. The third track day will take place in Le Mans on July 27 — more tracks will be announced later. The events have driving trainers to instruct DB4 GT owners about handling their cars the way they are supposed to, or as Aston's press release puts it: "They will help customers master driving techniques from an era when track driving was more art than science." Well put. One of the instructors is Aston Martin Racing driver Darren Turner, three-time Le Mans class winner. If you can't quite swing it to get yourself a real continuation Aston, there's also a more modern opportunity waiting to be seized: a DB5 replica based on Β— of all things Β— a Honda S2000. As its dimensions are just a bit off, the car seems to be a cross between The Car and a David Brown Speedback, and it retains the S2000 interior. The asking price is an eye-watering $95,000, which is still a lot less than a continuation DB4 GT.
