Awesome Acura W/ Only 57,000 Miles, Powerful Sound, & More - No Reserve!! on 2040-cars

I'm listing this 2002 ACURA RSX with about 57,000 miles for a nice gentleman here in St. Petersburg. He's selling because he purchased a new car. He's the 2nd owner and it's an accident free vehicle too. 

This is a nice Acura. It has a ground package, among many other extras. I drove the RSX around the neighborhood and it runs very well. It drives straight, it's tight, brakes well, and it has cool sound! Mechanically this vehicle is in very good condition, including cold A/C. Cosmetically is pretty decent, but the finish is a bit weak. Don't get me wrong, as the images demonstrate it looks great, but here and there has blemishes, and some imperfections in terms of paint finish and installation. 

Here are the extras that this Acura comes with: New 18" high silver with chrome lip rims and tires, V-Tech engine, awesome sound system. Touch screen radio/stereo/DVD, alpine and extreme amplifiers, hands free door poppers, eagle eye head lights with HID lights (BMW like), new front power stop, and high performance no dust brake pads! NOTE: Subwoofer that appears in trunk is not included with the sale of this vehicle!

Required Deposit:  A $500.00 deposit is due within 24 hours from the end of the auction and is payable through Pay Pal. The deposit is refundable ONLY in the event I failed to accurately describe the vehicle, OR if you uncover an issue that I wasn't aware of. I cannot accept balance through Pay Pal because Electronic Tracking is required to maintain Pay Pal Buyer/Seller Guarantees.

Payment of Balance: The balance is payable to the seller at the time you take possession of the vehicle. Payments can be made by personal check (upon clearance), cashiers checks (upon clearance) bank wire transfers, or good old fashion cash.

Taking Possession of The Vehicle: Our policy is that you take possession of the vehicle and finalize the transaction within 7 days. If you require additional time, please let me know so I can make the arrangements with the seller. Please note, that the Seller has possession of the vehicle, so it'll be picked up at the Seller's address. Although I've examined the title, it's also in the possession of the Seller and will be endorsed when the transaction is finalized.

Out of Town Buyers – Shipping the Vehicle: If you're an out-of-town buyer, full payment must be made prior to shipping.  I'll be glad to assist buyers in making shipping arrangements and I can refer buyers to a trusted transportation company that I personally use, but all costs are buyer's responsibility.

Car History Reports: eBay no longer offers complementary car history reports since I transact such a quantity of sales. So, I leave it to the buyer to pull one if desired.

Warranties & Guarantees: As is customary, the vehicle is being sold “As Is,” and there are No Warranties or Guarantees offered.

Prior Sale of Vehicle:  Keep in mind that I'm listing vehicles for others, and on a very rare occasion it happened that a seller changed his mind during the course of the auction. We ALL act in good faith, but an unforeseen circumstance can arise.... in two years of conducting eBay vehicle auctions and having sold hundreds of vehicles, this kind of thing happened once, but I wanted to mention this VERY REMOTE possibility right up-front.
