Hi, I have a CLEAN AND CLEAR 1992 Acura NSX (conservative tune) pushing 405 whp at 7psi on 91 octane. I bought this car from Las Vegas Nevada in Summer of 2008. I drove it from Vegas to SLC Utah with no issues. This non-smoker(cigarette) NSX has never seen snow and have been garaged since 2008 to present. This was my weekend cruising car, and I have put little mileage since owning it. I've slowly did some aftermarket upgrading on this NSX, and I believe have been "tastely" modified. Below is a list of some of the stuff that was put in.

Exterior:
Carbon Fiber Vented hood
Carbon Fiber Rear lower valence
Shine Front lip
Stacey Side Skirts
Yellow Fogs
4500K HID lights
Tinted front turn signal

Interior:

Carbon Fiber Driver side Dual pod A-pillar
Carbon Fiber Shift knobs
Carbon Fiber Stereo Delete
Carbon Fiber Clock Delete
NSX-R style shift boot
SOS stereo brackets installed
SOS Speaker bracket installed

Breaking/Resistance/Rolling:
Slotted and Crossed drilled Brembo rotors
Front and Rear StopTech Stainless braided brake lines
ARP Extended Wheel studds
New model NSX Front and Rear Swaybars
16x7.5" Square S2000 AP1 modified wheels
Hubcentric Spacers where applicable

I believe I have some more that I forgot to mention, but ill ad it as I remember. I had the all the Engine work upgrades, and inspected during the installation of the Turbo system by JOE at TurboLabs (Orem, Utah). Joe also did the Turbo tuning which I have all the recites for all his great service. I have another set of GOLD XXR 592 18/8F, 19/9.5R wheels and tires that I'll throw in only if the reserve is met. I believe this NSX is road worthy of a cross country trip. My wife and I recently took it to Las Vegas(1100 miles round trip) for the weekend and it ran perfect there and back. I've enjoyed every miles on the NSX I've put, but its now time to sell due to a growing family. I can not just get into my car and drive up the canyons as I used to, but got to drag along 2 extra car seats to do so...

Please bid if you have the money, and bid if your expecting to pay. Please have all financing funds available as I am not a financial institution. Its a binding contract. I will be gladly pick up anyone out of state flying into Salt Lake City International Airport.

Feel free to txt/call me at 801-879-035zero for additional infos or pictures.

The Bad.
AC needs recharged.
Headlight sometime go down because the of the interior headlight up/down switch.
Driver side seat shows signs of wear from over the ages and from getting in/out of car.
Nickle size ding on the quarter rear panel from Haters in the shoping mall parking.
Front shine lip has paint spider from dips and speed bumps.
Tach "once in a while" gets sticky in the 2k range, but does not affect performance.
Overall the paint is in good/excellent condition for its age, but I will get a full wax/buff detail for the new owner.

I have tried to described all the goods and bads of the NSX as best as I can off top of my head. This being a 1992 year, and please have reasonable expectations for the age and mileage. I have an excellent seller feedback's, so bid with confidence. NSX is sold as is, and non refundable. $200 Non-refundable deposit is needed within 24hrs of auction end. Full payments due in 7 calender days of auction ends. Pick up and transportation is up to you, but I do not have any maximum days of pick up once the payments is full and cleared. I have families in SoCal, Phoenix AZ area, and can deliver for a minimal charge on the flatbed trailer. I will not accept personal checks unless its cleared ahead of time. I will accept Certified checks from a legitimate banking institution(s). I will accept wire transfer from a Legit banking institutions. Cash is king if you have it in full. Title and car will not be released until monies is cleared.

With all the legals out of the way. Thank you, and happy bidding...

2022 Acura NSX Type S is revealed as the most powerful NSX ever

Fri, Aug 13 2021

The 2022 Acura NSX Type S is here, and it's the most impressive NSX the company has created. It now makes 600 horsepower and 492 pound-feet of torque, increases of 27 ponies and 16 pound-feet. But that's only the tip of the many little changes Acura has done to make this the ultimate NSX. Gaining that extra power involved quite a few little changes. The engine now gets larger turbochargers borrowed from the GT3 race car. The various intakes have been changed for improved cooling and airflow. The main front grille has been enlarged to allow more air into the radiators, and the outboard grilles now feature ducting for air curtains that help direct air to the side intakes. Those intakes feed more efficient intercoolers. The batteries even feature greater capacity. Power isn't the only area to receive upgrades. The Type S gets a carbon fiber roof for slightly less weight and a lower center of gravity. The aerodynamics have been tweaked with a new carbon fiber splitter, side skirts, rear spoiler and a GT3 race car-inspired rear diffuser, all of which help with downforce. The adjustable suspension, all-wheel-drive system and transmission have all been retuned for sportier driving. The latter shifts faster now and has a Rapid Downshift mode that allows you to shift to the lowest possible gear with one half-second paddle pull. Even the tires are stickier Pirelli P-Zeroes designed specifically for the NSX Type S. All of these improvements mean that the Type S is a full two seconds faster around Suzuka than a regular NSX. And if you need just that little bit more in the performance department, there is a Lightweight Package. It costs an extra $13,000 and adds carbon ceramic brakes, a carbon fiber engine cover and carbon fiber interior parts. Total weight savings is 58 pounds. Acura did pay some attention to styling, too. On top of the more aggressive aerodynamic bits, the grille has a new shape that has hints of the corporate pentagonal grille. The grille mesh is even steel instead of plastic now. The lights get dark lenses, and all the badging, mirrors and door handles are finished in black. Type S decals adorn the rear fenders. Inside, there's an Alcantara headliner and NSX and Type S logos embroidered in the seats and dashboard. One of the cars in the gallery at top is painted in an exclusive Gotham Gray matte metallic color, which will only be applied to 70 cars.

2021 Acura TLX First Drive | The mojo is returning

Thu, Sep 24 2020

Buildup for the 2021 Acura TLX started more than a year ago when Acura released the stunning Type S Concept. It was long, low, wide and graced with gorgeous rear-drive proportions. Plus, it was slathered in some of the best blue paint we’ve ever seen. Acura could not have thought of a better way to say, “Hey, weÂ’re back!” ItÂ’s no surprise that the Type S Concept is a dead ringer for the production TLX. Acura designers told us the car was just about finished when the concept debuted. So yeah, the new TLX and TLX Type S were always going to look this good. The latter won't be arriving until next spring, but our first drive of this next-gen base TLX has us hopeful for the Type S and its 3.0-liter turbocharged V6. And maybe just a little nervous, too.  The bones are really good. Acura developed a new, unique platform for this TLX that was built with performance in mind from the get-go. It's not just an Accord in a fancy suit. With crossovers on the rise, Acura says its shrinking number of sedan buyers are more passionate about driving dynamics than crossover buyers, allowing them to focus on performance to an even greater degree. It makes sense. We heartily approve. The result of this performance focus is the most rigid body in any Acura not named NSX. YouÂ’ll find more advanced materials like aluminum and press-hardened steel in its makeup than any previous Acura sedan. It has a wider track (+1.2-inch front and +1.6-inch rear), a 2.2-inch wider body, a 3.7-inch longer wheelbase and a 0.5-inch shorter height. Lastly, the dash-to-axle dimension is 7.8 inches longer, giving it those sweet rear-drive proportions despite being a front-wheel-drive platform. 2021 Acura TLX Advance View 38 Photos If you're expecting more rear passenger and trunk space with the extended length, keep looking. Rear legroom is up 0.4 inch, and trunk space by 0.3 cubic-feet to 13.5 – paltry gains for how much larger the car got. The size growth benefitted style and body proportions more than it did functional considerations. Then, thereÂ’s the new suspension: double wishbones up front and a five-link rear. Acura previously used a MacPherson strut design in the front suspension and the move back to a double-wishbone design is great news for driving enthusiasts. Acura's well-regarded TL and TSX of the mid-2000s had double wishbones up front, as did many of Honda's greatest hits of yesteryear (Integra, Prelude, Civic Si, etc.).
