AFTER MARKET ADDITIONS TO THE VEHICLE:

-22 INCH Black HELO WHEELS- These wheels are currently sitting nicely in four FALCON 265/45/22 tires. These tires are in great shape and still have plenty of tread. (IN ADDITION TO THE AFTERMARKET WHEELS YOU WILL ALSO RECEIVE THE ORIGINAL FACTORY ALUMINUM WHEELS AND BRAND NEW MICHELIN TIRES!!!). The addition of the larger aftermarket HELO wheels and tires provides increased traction and stability without sacrificing a smooth, luxurious ride. The aftermarket FALCON tires are lower profile than the factory tires but are still thick enough to absorb most of the impact from the road without damaging the HELO wheels. You will be pleased with either of the sets of wheels/tires that come with your vehicle!

-ACURA MDX 3" NERF SIDE STEP BAR RUNNING BOARDS (2)- BLACK POWDER COATED

-WINDOW TINT- High quality 5% window tint surrounding the vehicle. There is also tint covering the tail lights.

-Acura MDX Dark Smoke Window Vent Visors- Provides protection from the sun, wind, and rain (2-Front+2-Rear).

VEHICLE MAINTENANCE:

This vehicle has be very well maintained and cared for, receiving regularly scheduled maintenance and has been in NO accidents. Your beautiful MDX vehicle has been garage kept and receives a bath every week (sometimes twice or when needed). I receive compliments on this vehicle almost DAILY. This vehicle was treated with absolute care and tenderness. I have always babied this car!

AESTHETIC IMPERFECTIONS:

The body paint on the vehicle is in good condition only showing minor scratches and/or abrasions. Only one of the aftermarket wheels has noticeable scratches along the lip of the rim but this is barely noticeable. The other aftermarket wheels are in near perfect condition.

OTHER ISSUES:

The bluetooth function in the car was not working properly so it was deactivated. This only prevents using the MDX's feature of connecting to your phone for making calls over the speaker system.

Acura NSX Concept is pretty on the inside, too [w/video]

Tue, 15 Jan 2013

The Acura NSX is still a couple years away from production (isn't it always?), but Acura has taken the dark window tint off last year's concept and opened the doors to show us what the interior of the car looks like. From what we can tell on the show-floor display, Acura's hybrid supercar will not only have a sexy exterior design, it will look great from the inside as well, but Acura pointed out that this is just "one possible direction" the interior could go. We suppose that means we can look forward to many more NSX concepts - you won't hear any complaints from us.
Building on Acura's latest tagline of "the synergy between man and machine," the NSX promises to provide a "human connected space" offering a simplified layout presumably chocked full of technology. Looking inside the concept reveals a cabin wrapped in maroon leather with sport bucket seats that will certainly provide plenty of support. We're sure there will be more information about the car and its interior at upcoming auto shows, but until then, scroll down for Acura's press release.

2014 Acura MDX goes for a camouflaged cruise

Tue, 16 Oct 2012

While the often misunderstood (and infrequently purchased) Acura ZDX may be going the way of the dinosaur, the company's far more conventional and successful MDX SUV is evolving. In fact, the 2014 MDX seems to be coming along rather nicely, if this latest set of spy images is any indication.
In the camouflaged prototype we see here, it is evident that Acura designers are going for a beefier look for the MDX front end. The current car's pointed and beaked nose are nowhere in evidence on this tester, though some version of Acura's prominent shield grille does seem to remain.
It's a bit difficult to tell if the shape of the glasshouse is much revised on this new car, as the camo is applied in such a fashion as to obscure the post C-pillar design. But it does seem as though, when we look hard at the full-profile shots of the MDX, that the wheel-arch bulges and side character lines of the current vehicle have been replaced with much simpler surfacing.

2015 Acura TLX confirmed for New York debut

Wed, 19 Mar 2014

Acura has announced that the 2014 New York Auto Show will see the arrival of the production TLX - the sedan that will replace both the TL and TSX in the company's lineup. The TLX was already previewed at the 2014 Detroit Auto Show as a near-production concept model, meaning we already have a very solid idea of what the 2015 model will look like.
What we didn't know, was that Acura has finally gotten on board with some advanced powertrains, rather than just plucking stuff from the Honda parts bin. Okay, that's kind of a lie. We've seen both of the TLX's engines in previous Honda products - a 2.4-liter, VTEC four-cylinder and a 3.5-liter VTEC V6 from the Civic Si and Accord, respectively - but the transmissions will be totally new.
First, an eight-speed, dual-clutch automatic will be paired with the base four-pot. The V6, meanwhile, will get a nine-speed automatic. Unfortunately, there's no mention of a manual gearbox. Acura's Precision All-Wheel Steer will be standard on the front-drive variants for both engines, while the 3.5-liter V6 will also be available with the brand's Super Handling All-Wheel Drive.
