2009 ACURA MDX This car is a very nicely maintained one owner 2009 Acura MDX. It has beautiful Dark Grey Metallic paint with a Light Grey Leather interior. The Factory sticker was $46,408. We bought it new from the dealer in June of 2009 along with a six year /100,000 mile Acura extended warranty that has another year to go. THIS WARRANTY IS TRANSFERABLE TO THE NEW OWNER FOR A SMALL TRANSFER CHARGE TO ACURA. No accidents or other significant issues. The car recently got a new timing belt as part of its regular service at 72,000 miles along with a new water pump (warranty) and transmission oil service at the same time. It got a new extended life battery in October 2012 and brakes on all four wheels at 55,000 miles (should be plenty left – most of my driving is freeway). Oil changes have been done approximately every 5000 miles using only synthetic oil, usually Mobil 1 (it is just coming due for an oil change). Front tires will need replacement in another few thousand miles, but rears are very good (see pics). The car just got a new windshield care of our insurance company from a rock chip received on the freeway. We are non-smokers and both the interior and the exterior are in very nice condition (see pics). The car has been professionally detailed at least once a year since we have owned it. The car comes with all of the original Owner Handbooks and documentation as provided from the factory. Options include: Factory Technology Package with factory GPS. Front/Rear AC Controls. Factory Tow Package and Third row seat. Tinted Windows. All weather mats. 3.7 Liter, 4-Wheel ABS Disc Brakes, 5-Spd Auto w/Manual Mode, AM/FM Stereo w/CD Changer and Satellite, Adj Leather Wrapped Tilt Steering Wheel, Alloy Wheels, HID Auto-Off Headlights, Back-Up Camera, Bluetooth, Child Saftey Locks, Driver/Pass lighted Vanity Mirrors, Dual Power Heated Driver/Pass Leather Seats, Htd Memory Mirrors, Intermittent Wipers. Pwr Door Locks, Liftgate and Windows. Premium Sound System, Rear Defrost, Stability Control, Sunroof, Tire Pres Monitoring System, Traction Control, Trip Computer, Universal Garage Door Opener, Variable Speed Intermittent Wipers, Vehicle Anti-Theft System, iPod/MP3 Input There are a few scratches on the front right bumper where I hit a piece of truck tire tread on the freeway (see pics). They are not serious but they will not buff out. Just thought you should know. This is a very nice car, but it is a USED car. It is sold as is where is with NO warranty
other than the Acura extended warranty should the buyer choose to transfer it
into their name, NO guaranty or any other kind of ”–ty”. The car has a clear Arizona title in my name
with no liens so no issues there. If you

Acura teams with Galpin to sport-up the 2015 TLX
Wed, 05 Nov 2014Acura used the SEMA Show this week to remind enthusiasts that it still considers itself a performance brand, teaming with Galpin Auto Sports to build a TLX that highlights Acura's sporting and racing heritage.
The TLX is painted a deep shade of blue, called Andaro, and the color will be used on the NSX supercar when it returns to the United States in 2015. It rolls on custom gray wheels with gunmetal and "liquid smoke" pieces, and they're wrapped in Pirelli P Zero rubber. The exterior design is punched up with a body kit that adds side skirts, a rear spoiler and new bumpers to create a more sinister look.
The TLX has a sport suspension kit with coilovers with 36-way adjustable damping. There's also brake upgrades and custom exhaust outlets.
2017 Acura MDX Sport Hybrid goes on sale in April for $52,935
Wed, Mar 15 2017If you like the hybrid tech of the Acura NSX, but don't need a six-figure, 191-mph supercar as your daily driver, you might enjoy the extra room of the Acura MDX Sport Hybrid. It uses the same SH-AWD system with three electric motors as its racier stablemate – and puts a naturally aspirated 3.0-liter V6 up front – but seats up to seven people. It goes on sale in early April, and Acura has announced a starting MSRP of $52,935. The MDX Sport Hybrid starts at $7,910 higher than the base, front-wheel-drive MDX, but only $1,500 more than the comparably equipped, non-hybrid MDX SH-AWD. It offers 31 more ponies, for a total of 321 peak horsepower and of 289 pound-feet of torque. It's less expensive than the other Acura to use the Sport Hybrid system, the RLX sedan, which starts at $59,950. (That car incurs a price premium of $5,500 over its P-AWS-equipped FWD base model; there's no non-hybrid AWD RLX.) The MDX Sport Hybrid gets an EPA-rated 26 mpg city, 27 highway, and 27 combined. Compared to the conventional MDX SH-AWD's 18/26/21 mpg rating, its biggest fuel economy gains are to be found in city driving. The Sport Hybrid's figures are even slightly better than the 25/26/26 mpg Acura expected when the car debuted in New York last year. The MDX Sport Hybrid should be fairly entertaining to drive, too, at least for a utility vehicle. It's Acura's most powerful SUV to date, and it offers four driving modes: Comfort, Normal, Sport, and Sport+. A seven-speed dual-clutch transmission handles the gear changes, but the driver can take control via a pair of paddles on the back of the steering wheel. The SH-AWD system's torque vectoring feature promises to help make the MDX proficient in the twisty bits, too. Related Video:
Autoblog's June 2019 Editors' Picks
Wed, Jul 10 2019Each year we review, test and rate hundreds of brand-new cars, trucks and SUVs. We rate these vehicles using the Autoblog score, giving a select few our Editors’ Pick. Here are the best cars we drove in June 2019. 2019 BMW 8 Series Everyone on the Autoblog staff loves a good grand tourer, so we were excited to get behind the wheel of the revived BMW 8 Series, specifically an M850i Coupe. A good GT needs to be as fast as it is stylish and comfortable, and the new 8 Series delivers. We particularly like the 523-horsepower twin-turbo 4.4-liter V8Â’s copious power and smooth ride quality, even on MichiganÂ’s pockmarked post-winter roads. We dig the interior design, too, though not everyone was in love with the exterior. ItÂ’s not the best-handling car in its class, and doesnÂ’t hide its sizable proportions very well, but itÂ’s still worth a look if youÂ’re looking for a big, fast cruiser. 2019 Ford Expedition Crossovers may be the hottest vehicles on the market, but thereÂ’s still a sizable demand for traditional body-on-frame SUVs like the Ford Expedition. These behemoths offer plenty of space in addition to truck-like capability. We like the Expedition's smooth ride, powerful twin-turbo V6 and sharp exterior design, though the interior can feel a bit cheap, especially on some of the more expensive trims. Adding options quickly puts it into Lincoln Navigator territory, and itÂ’s hard to recommend the Ford over the Lincoln when the latter packs the same capability into a far nicer package. Still, the Expedition is as good or better than the competition in most respects, and thatÂ’s why itÂ’s one of our picks. 2019 Toyota 86 Few cars at any price point are as much fun as the Toyota 86 (and its twin, the Subaru BRZ). We like the 86Â’s balanced chassis and sharp steering, and while itÂ’s not as nimble as its close rival the Mazda MX-5 Miata, the ToyotaÂ’s back seat and trunk make it a more usable vehicle. But while we like the 86Â’s driving position, the rest of the interior feels cheap and dated, especially the infotainment system. We complained about the anemic powertrain back in 2012, and itÂ’s only gotten worse as the years have gone by.
