Engine and trans are smooth, quiet, and very responsive. A/C and all of the power features are in good working order. Tires are about 60%, suspension is tight, brakes are new, and the exhaust is quiet and solid.

Payment Policy

A $500 down payment is required within 48 hours of the winning Bid buy US postal money order sent via Express Mail from the post office. Remaining balance must be paid within 7 days of auction end by cash, or certified check.

All vehicles must be picked up within 7 days. Over 7 days are subject to a $20 a day storage fee from the 8th day unless prior arrangements are agree to.

Shipping Policy

Shipping is the responsibility of buyer, however I can assist in transport arrangements. My local airport is Newark International.

Terms & Conditions

Local buyers must pay sales tax, and all purchasers must pay a $170 processing fee. which covers the cost of titling, eBay, and transit tags. Out of state buyer are responsible for fees and taxes in their state. Vehicles are for sale locally, and hold the right to end auction early.

Arbitration of Conflicts:

By placing a bid on this item, Buyer agrees to waive their rights to bring any action in any court of competent jurisdiction in the United States or any other territory. In the event of a conflict in connection with this transaction, Seller and Buyer shall negotiate in good faith for a period of (30) days from the date notice of the conflict is given to the other party by email or certified mail. If the parties are unable to resolve such conflict, the parties shall submit same to binding arbitration in accordance with the American Association Arbitration rules. Such arbitration shall occur in-front of a panel of (1) arbitration in the State of New Jersey. World Car Awards finalists snub American-branded vehicles — except for Bronco

The list of World Car Awards has been whittled down to 10 finalists, but only one American brand — Ford Â— appears among the remaining nine carmakers for this yearÂ’s top award. The Bronco is there, and it also is balloted as a finalist in the design category. The other categories are performance car, urban car, electric vehicle and luxury model. Each category has five finalists except World Car, which has 10. One brand conspicuous by its absence in any category: Tesla. The winner in each is scheduled to be crowned March 27 at the New York International Auto Show in Manhattan. This year marks the 20th year of the World Car Awards and the partnership with the New York show. The selection process involves 100-plus automotive journalists from 29 countries who vote, as they review and test-drive the eligible vehicles for the 2024 awards. Their journey is captured virtually on World Car TV. Apple announces CarPlay in-car iPhone interface

Apple, maker of tech items like the iPhone, iPad and Mac line of computers, is extending its reach into the automotive market, making a fairly big announcement ahead of the Geneva Motor Show. No, it hasn't bought Tesla (yet). Instead, Apple has announced CarPlay, an all-new means of controlling an iPhone through your car.
Now, this doesn't strike us as some gimmicky thing. It's become increasingly common for automakers to take advantage of the high-speed data streams its customers enjoy on their smartphones in order to integrate navigation, traffic, audio and other infotainment items into a car's touchscreen interface. The Chevrolet Spark and Sonic are two prime examples of this move, using an iPhone's data stream for Siri integration and data for a third-party navigation app.
Owners will be able to plug in their iPhones to their cars via the USB port and gain control of a number of the device's functions, all through a car's touchscreen.

Volvo building new AstaZero safety proving ground in Sweden

Volvo is an automaker committed to vehicle safety, setting an ambitious target for itself: by 2020, the Swedish automaker envisions that no one will be killed or seriously injured in one of its cars. In order to achieve that goal, Volvo has announced a new proving ground designed specifically to test safety solutions.
Called AstaZero, the new facility near the company's headquarters in Gothenburg, Sweden, is the result of a $70 million investment. It will cover some 500 acres, with over 60 acres of pavement, four city blocks and three and a half miles of highway. The Active Safety Test Area (the ASTA in AstaZero) will enable Volvo and its partners (including Scania trucks as well as government bodies and university development programs) to simulate city streets, highways, rural roads, roundabouts, T-junctions and more, combining traffic from cars, pedestrians, bicycles, motorcycles, buses, trucks and even animals in order to account for all manner of potential hazards.
The facility will enable Volvo to test active safety systems and autonomous vehicle operations, and even allow robots to test its prototypes in an adaptive environment that aims to be more flexible than existing proving grounds.
