Very nice car that is road worthy and ready to be driven!
I am 3rd owner and have owned car for 7 years. The car had a exterior/interior restoration 8-9 years ago. At 34,700 mi. I had engine rebuilt (milled head slightly for added compression and added mild performance cam) I also had new clutch and transmission was completely gone throughout (overdrive in 2nd,3rd & 4th gears), all brakes system, and complete cooling system. All electrical under dash and too lights is re-done to period correct coded wire. Re-built original starter, distributor with hidden electronic ignition. All new hoses and clamps period correct. The car already had a header with new original exhaust when I purchased. Car now has a good pop to it on the hills and with all the overdrive options it always has a gear to keep it in a good power band. Michelin Red Line tires. Wheels are powder coated with correct color on all sides. Much of the parts under the hood are also powder coated. Original parts on car include: Optional Hardtop ( hardtop need liner kit installed which I have) AM-FM British Leyland radio Perfect condition steering wheel Luggage Rack |

Jaguar F Type V6 S vs Triumph Street Triple R in open-air track attack
Sun, 21 Sep 2014Typically, these track battle videos pair up car against car or, in more disparate circumstances, car versus crossover, as we saw the other day. While the outcome of that battle was quite predictable, what'll happen when an equally fetching (and fast) four-wheeler is put up against one of the icons of the two-wheeled world? Evo just had to find out.
Matching up a Jaguar F-Type V6 S Convertible against a Triumph Street Triple R is at least more of an even fight than the last battle between the Porsche Cayman GTS and Macan Turbo. The Triumph has a 675-cc engine to work with, and is very light. Meanwhile, the Jag has a thumping 380-horsepower, 3.0-liter, supercharged V6 to haul about it's considerably heftier heft. Who will come out on top?
You'll need to watch the full video to find out.
