1976 Java Green Triumph Tr6 Base Convertible 2-door 2.5l With Overdrive on 2040-cars

This Triumph TR-6 is a rust free North Carolina car that was originally purchased in Raleigh, North Carolina and has been totally rebuilt!  The engine has been totally rebuilt and has 15,492 miles on it since the rebuilding process.  The Zenith Stromberg Carburetors were replaced with SU Carburetors and it has a Mallory Unilite Ignition system with a Mallory Promaster Coil.  It has a new clutch, new brakes, a new steering rack, a new starter, a new battery, an oversized all aluminum Wizard Radiator, all new Koni front and rear shock absorbers, a new wooden steering wheel, new gauges that can be seen better than the old Smith gauges and actually work. The front and rear suspension systems were all rebuild, it has Panasport wheels with new tires and an all new stainless steel exhaust system!  I have owned the car since I bought it in 2008 from a North Carolina dealer for $16,500 and have put another $40,000 in the rebuilding process. My wife lost her job and our financial circumstances necessitate the sale of this vehicle!  My loss will be your gain because this vehicle runs excellent! The only thing that needs attention is the bushings in the steering wheel need to be replaced or a button put on the dash for the horn!  The steering wheel bushings are a common problem with Triumphs!  This vehicle also comes with five additional Triumph TR-6 wheels and Coker Redline tires that are all in excellent condition!
