British Racing Green with the Tan Houndstooth Interior a True Classic with everything right. This is the right Car and has all the right things that will make increase in value. It is the Right Color, is in fatastic Condition, has every Option and has Complete Service Records. This Spitfire is incredibly clean, with Very Very Low Mileage and spent most of it's life in each owners garage.

Every where you look this car is very clean. It was their pride and joy. We purchased it from thefrom the third owner directly. The gentelman we purchased it from was a pilot in the Airforce and did move often, so it appears to have more owners on the Autocheck than it has. It comes with the Booklets in the Glovebox and full srvice records from all owners. The records are over an inch thick.

This is a very sought after British Collectible. A Triumph Spitfire that is in this condition with the complete service history, are getting hard to find and with the low mileage and electronic overdrive transmission. This car has every option that was when sold. The Factory Hard Top Electronic Overdrive, and the Factory Chrome Luggage Rack.

It has always been very well maintained and cared for, and has always been pampered and never abuse, and it had to have been garaged it's entire life.

These cars are beginning to have have collector status but stil be a Fun and Inexpensive Weekend Toy.

The Exterior: is in very very nice condition. The British Racing Green Paint, has great shine and depth with very very minor scratches or rock chips or very small door dings, visible only under very close inspection.The Top is Original but is in fantastic shape and has a completley clear back windows. The Factory Boot is in the trunk along with the Original full cockpit enclosure that would come with the car when it was new. This Spitfire comes with the very sought after Factory Matching Hardtop.

It has the Factory Steel Wheels with Triumph Center Caps,and comes with very good Tires, that are slightly oversized and really gives the car added control and handling.

The Interior: is also in very nice condition with really no wear. Very good Condition and is completely stock.
The dash is in great condition and still has the Factory Radio. The carpet and matching Triumph Logo floor mats show very little wear as do the Seats. The seats are in like new condition, with the Factory Houndstooth fabric. The wood on the dash is flawless. The entire interior is in fabulous condition.

The pictures do not do this Spitfire, justice, it is better in person.

This Car runs and drives Very Well. It has good power and drives tight, and brakes straight and smooth. The Transmission shifts smooth, clutch relealeases at the correct point, and does not have any synchro issues even when shifting up and down, and the overdrive works great in both 3rd and 4th gear. That makes this car a real pleasure to drive.

These cars are definitely on there way up in value.

This is a very well cared for Triumph Spitfire Convertible with the Factory Hardtop. That combined with Very Very Low Mileage, and in Beautiful Condition, makes this a "DON'T MISS OPPORTUNITY"!!

Jaguar F Type V6 S vs Triumph Street Triple R in open-air track attack

Typically, these track battle videos pair up car against car or, in more disparate circumstances, car versus crossover, as we saw the other day. While the outcome of that battle was quite predictable, what'll happen when an equally fetching (and fast) four-wheeler is put up against one of the icons of the two-wheeled world? Evo just had to find out.
Matching up a Jaguar F-Type V6 S Convertible against a Triumph Street Triple R is at least more of an even fight than the last battle between the Porsche Cayman GTS and Macan Turbo. The Triumph has a 675-cc engine to work with, and is very light. Meanwhile, the Jag has a thumping 380-horsepower, 3.0-liter, supercharged V6 to haul about it's considerably heftier heft. Who will come out on top?
