I WAS USING THIS VAN TO LOAD STUFF TO SELL AT THE SWAPMEET AND IT STILL IS BEEING USED DAILY.
THE INSIDE VAN IS IN REALLY BAD COSMETIC CONDITION
I BOUGHT THIS VAN AROUND 10 YEARS AGO AND I NOTICED THAT I WILL NEED TO REPLACE THE TRANSMISSION....... I FOUND A TRANSMISSION REMOVED FROM A 1987 TOYOTA PICK UP AND I BOUGHT IT BECAUSE THEY TOLD ME THAT'S IT IS THE SAME TRANSMISSION THAT GOES INT THIS VAN AND SAVE IT IN CASE I NEEDED BUT, BELIEVE ME, THE VAN TRANSMISSION STILL WORKING SO FAR AND I DO NOT NEED TO REPLACE IT YET .......this transmission has been laying around for around 7 years and will be included in the sale because I don't needed and the buyer will need it in the future....... CONCLUSION BAD TRANSMISSION BUT STILL DRIVEABLE EVEN IN THE FREEWAY....
WHEN I GOT THIS VAN IT HAS NO SEATS BUT I FOUND A CUSTOM SET OF SEATS AND THEY WILL BE INCLUDED ALSO (I will upload more pictures later)
I REALLY LOVE THIS VAN BUT MY WIFE DON'T WANT IT ANY MORE SO, IT IS NOW ON SALE.
IT IS INTO MY NAME, PINK SLIP IN HAND, BUYER NEEDS TO CHECK THE OIL FLUID FRECUENTLY, THE TRANSMISSION FLUID AND ALSO THE POWER STEERING FLUID.
I KNOW THIS VAN REALLY WELL SO, ANY QUESTION ARE WELCOME IN CASE I FORGOT TO MENTION SOMETHING.
BUYER NEEDS TO PICK UP THE VAN OR MAKE ARRANGEMENTS TO SHIP IT.

Toyota Pro/Celebrity Race Scion FR-S [w/video]
Thu, 07 Mar 2013Toyota has been hosting its Pro/Celebrity race at the Toyota Grand Prix on Long Beach since 1977. The charity event, which has raised millions of dollars over the years, traditionally pits Hollywood celebrities against professional athletes (including race car drivers) on the full Grand Prix course in modified street vehicles. The short, sprint-style race is popular with the crowds as the amateur drivers race uninhibited - the result is an action-packed race with plenty of excitement and automotive... er... carnage.
Over the decades, the drivers have raced a variety of Toyota products including last year's front-wheel-drive Scion tC. But this year, Toyota announced at the Chicago Auto Show that the new rear-wheel-drive Scion FR-S would be stepping up to the plate. The good news only became better when Toyota Motorsports invited us out to Southern California's Willow Springs Raceway (the same circuit where the drivers train and practice) to be one of the first behind the wheel.

Dubai claims debut of Toyota GT86 sedan concept
Sun, 03 Nov 2013Typically, when the organizers of an auto show reveal that a new car will debut at their show, we take notice. But this particular claim from the Dubai International Motor Show ought to be taken with a grain of salt.
As our compatriots at AutoGuide discovered, the Facebook page for the Emirates auto expo includes a post with an interesting claim: that a sedan based on the Toyota GT86 (known in the US as the Scion FR-S) will debut at the show. The Facebook post is accompanied by the image above, purporting to show the concept in question.
The strange part is that the organizers claim the four-door GT86 concept will make its "regional unveil" at the Dubai show, which would seem to indicate that the concept in question would make its international debut at an earlier show. Considering that the doors open in Dubai on Tuesday, that seems increasingly unlikely. All of this begs the question, If this isn't actually a four-door GT86, what might it be?
HQ move based on study, not pitch from Gov. Perry, Toyota says
Tue, 29 Apr 2014Toyota's surprising announcement on Monday that it will move its North American headquarters from Torrance, CA location to the Dallas suburb of Plano, TX is allegedly not due to any political wrangling from the state's Republican governor, Rick Perry.
Perry (above) has been up front in his aggressive pursuit of businesses and jobs for Texas, traveling to California, Missouri, Illinois and New York to tempt corporations to his state. And it's not just about the promise of much lower taxes, a Perry spokesman reminds Automotive News that the state boasts, "a workforce that is skilled and ready to do any job."
For his part, Jim Lentz, Toyota's North American CEO said Plano was chosen through an internal process, with the location helped by its proximity to the company's massive pickup factory in San Antonio rather than any campaigning from the governor.
