This is a 1995 Celica ST hatchback that I completely converted to a JDM Supercharged Celica. I have up converted everything starting from the tire package, motor/tranny, suspension, lights, electronics, performance accessories, and much much more that is listed down below. The list speaks for itself. The car, last time dynoed, was pushing 250hp, at the wheel.

Everything under the hood is about 150,000 miles, as the motor and tranny came off of a half-cut imported from Japan which read about 44,000 kilometers Jarco, in Atlanta, GA, when I purchased it 5 years ago.

Me and this car must simply part ways. This is a project car and requires TLC, time, and money to keep up with optimal performance. The clutch (1st gear) has given in, hence the list price being so low. Replacing it would cost approximately $500, so the list price is still very fair.

I could get $2,500 for just the rims/tires, motor, cams, suspension.....I just don't have the desire to part this car out. This car belongs to someone who can put a little bit of TLC for a lot of performance power!

Toyota recalls 2016 RAV4, RX350, and ES350 for stability failure

The Basics: Toyota will recall 4,170 examples of the 2016 RAV4, 90 units of the 2016 Lexus RX350, and 12,400 units of the 2016 ES350. The Problem: A component in the brake actuator assembly may have damage from a manufacturing error. The actuator controls the anti-lock brakes, traction control, stability control, and other systems. If the part doesn't work properly these safety systems might not activate properly. Accidents/Injuries: Toyota spokesperson Amanda Rice told Autoblog, "Regarding the recent recalls, alleged crashes, injuries, and fatalities are reported in many ways to many different organizations. We are not providing specifics at this time." The Fix: Dealers will check the brake actuator's serial number and will replace it if the part comes from a period when the damage could have happened. Toyota Pro/Celebrity Race Scion FR-S [w/video]

Toyota has been hosting its Pro/Celebrity race at the Toyota Grand Prix on Long Beach since 1977. The charity event, which has raised millions of dollars over the years, traditionally pits Hollywood celebrities against professional athletes (including race car drivers) on the full Grand Prix course in modified street vehicles. The short, sprint-style race is popular with the crowds as the amateur drivers race uninhibited - the result is an action-packed race with plenty of excitement and automotive... er... carnage.
Over the decades, the drivers have raced a variety of Toyota products including last year's front-wheel-drive Scion tC. But this year, Toyota announced at the Chicago Auto Show that the new rear-wheel-drive Scion FR-S would be stepping up to the plate. The good news only became better when Toyota Motorsports invited us out to Southern California's Willow Springs Raceway (the same circuit where the drivers train and practice) to be one of the first behind the wheel.
