Up for sale is a very nice clean little Suzuki Forenza. This is not a running driving car, as the head gasket leaks. I have had two different garages look at this car, both think the head gasket is leaking. It was not driven to the point of getting hot, but can not be driven very far. But it will run long enough to load on a trailer.

Low mileage, 74993 miles, mostly driven by a young single gal. This car has two new tires on the front, less than 200 miles. The two rear tires are 80%. Air works, radio works, brakes are good. The body is almost perfect, just one small ding to the left of the rear glass. Virtually a rust free car. Owner and passengers were non-smokers, but there are some burns in the driver's door that look like cigarette burns. Car does not smell smoky.

Car was very cheap to insure, maintain, and was very good on gas.

I can and will deliver, if it helps sell the car, but I am going to ask for $1.00 a running mile. Diesel is not free anymore. Would like to stay within 500 miles of Sioux City, and it will need to be on my schedule, not yours. Anything beyond 500 miles we can discuss, before the auction closes. Car will be paid in full before I travel. Sorry, I will not reopen the aution at your destination. Did that once, won't do it again.

Suzuki recalling 2,800 XL7 models over faulty fuel pump

A recall has been issued for the 2007 Suzuki XL7, but only those vehicles either bought or registered in four states: Texas, Arizona, California and Nevada. Potentially 2,380 of the SUVs manufactured from June 13, 2006 to December 22, 2006 could have an issue with their fuel pump modules: The plastic supply or return port could crack. If that happens, it could lead to a fuel leak and then to a fire.
Suzuki hasn't said when the recall will begin. Once it does, owners will be notified and can have their dealers make the necessary repairs free of charge. There's a bulletin from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration below with more information.

2016 Suzuki Baleno is the 'ultimate' hatchback [w/video]

Suzuki unveiled its iK-2 concept at this year's Geneva Motor Show to imagine an inexpensive, compact hatchback for the future. Now just a few months later the Japanese brand has brought that shape to production largely unaltered with the Baleno. The company claims that it's trying to create the ultimate small car, and European customers get to find out in spring 2016. The Baleno doesn't break new ground in five-door hatch styling, but it's an unpretentious and handsome take on the traditional two-box look. The front end flows in an arc up to the windshield, and from the A-pillar back, the design sports a chunky, utilitarian shape. The interior looks somewhat staid with a lot of black plastic and cloth, but silver trim mixes up the monotony. Underneath the new look, Suzuki is making some big improvements. The Baleno rides on a new platform with less weight and more rigidity. The powertrain range also includes the brand's latest 1.0-liter turbocharged three-cylinder engine with 110 horsepower and 125 pound-feet, and it can be hooked up to either a five-speed manual or six-speed automatic. There's also a 1.2-liter four-cylinder with 89 hp and 89 lb-ft available with the same five-speed or a CVT. In addition, the mill is offered with as a mild hybrid with an Integrated Starter Generator. Suzuki says this option boosts acceleration at low speeds but doesn't specify how much extra power there is. Check out the company's promo video below to see the Baleno in motion.
