1996 suabru legacy wagon rhd postal car. This car has 229,235 on it but doesnt show it. Engine was replaced at 222,400 with an engine that had 90,000 miles on it. Its a 2.2L engine. The transmission AWD was just serviced and has new fluid. Engine has new timing belt and oil seals. Has current PA inspection. Tires all pass inspection, could use replaced after end of summer. Everything works on car except the A/C. It is fully charged and when the compressor clutch is jumped it kicks on and blows nice cold air. Not sure what is causing it not to kick on by itself. Axles are all good, Front brakes and rotors were just replaced. Back brake shoes were just done. This thing is route ready and great for someone looking for a cheap and dependable car for their mail route service. Body has some minor defects as can be seen in pictures. This is a great running/driving car that can be used for years of delivery yet. It is an original RHD, not converted.

2014 Subaru Forester gets big nod of approval from Consumer Reports

While more and more buyers seem to be opting for the functionality of car-based crossover vehicles every day, it's rare that your read much in the way of passionate praise for one. And, while Consumer Reports doesn't exactly lavish written paeans on the Subaru Forester in its latest review - that's just not its style - it did give the CUV a remarkably high overall score.
Praising its excellent fuel economy, visibility, roomy interior and a whole lot more, the testing publication bestowed an overall score of 88 out of 100 on the Forester. That's a really excellent number for just about any vehicle, but it's also a top-of-the-class mark for the Forester's small CUV division. Just about the only major gripe was that of ride quality.
Most of the direct competitors to the Forester have earned CR marks in the mid-70s. The Honda CR-V is some 11 points behind, for instance, while the Toyota RAV4 and the Mazda CX-5 earn scores of 75 and 74, respectively.

2013 Subaru Outback Limited

Subaru has given the 2013 Outback a host of detail changes and updates, though you'd hardly know from looking at it. The mild exterior changes mostly go unnoticed, and if you're comparing on a numbers basis, the new 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine is bang-on what the old engine would do. The biggest news is EyeSight, Subaru's new stereo camera-based system that drives lane-departure warning, active cruise control, automatic emergency braking and forward collision alert functions.
The 2013 Outback spent some time in my driveway, and as far as jacked-up wagons with off-road cladding go, this is one of the most affordable of the lot. That doesn't mean it's cheap; the Outback I tried was a Limited model with moonroof, navigation, EyeSight, leather and CVT added on. That takes the Outback from its roughly $25,000 starting point and adds nearly $10,000, landing solidly in the mid-$30,000 range. Still, against its most natural competitors like the Volvo XC70 and Audi A6 Avant, the Outback is a better value.
