The car was purchased new (Gilman Subaru Houston, TX July 2005) and has been a daily driver for 9 years.  It has seen mixed city/highway driving.  It is Dad’s car and it is now time to give it to my daughter (so I can finally stop the chauffeuring!) but she doesn’t drive manual and I’m not sure I want her driving such a fast car!

Issues with the car that I know about:

1.    AC compressor needs to be replaced-AC not working

2.    PS rack leaking from barrel housing

3.    Both valve cover gaskets leaking oil

4.    Rear brake pads (4mm)

5.    Hole in fabric of drivers seat (see pic; all other upholstery is in great shape)

6.    Windshield crack

7.    Front bumper is not well attached, well covers (front) have been removed.

8.    Rear brake light (passenger side) bulb is out.

9.    Front headlight (passenger side) bulb is dim.

Winning bidder must contact the seller within 24 hrs of auction end, and make arrangements for payment at that time. A $500.00 deposit is due within 24 hours of the end of the auction.  The remainder is due within 3 days of auction end by certified check or money order.  If no contact is made within 24 hours the seller reserves the right to relist the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder, or sell it otherwise.  Most banks and credit unions do not finance vehicles older than 2000 or with more than 100K miles.  Make sure if financing, that your financial institution accepts the year and mileage of this vehicle before bidding.  Please arrange financing prior to bidding.

The buyer is responsible for pickup or shipping of this vehicle.  If you wish to have it shipped using a service, the seller will gladly cooperate. 

If you are not sure about something, please ask!  Do not assume anything not listed is included.  The seller reserves the right to cancel bids for excessive negative feedback.  The seller reserves the right to end the listing if the vehicle is no longer for sale.
