Up for auction at NO Reserve! I have a 2006 Saab 9-3 Aero. This car has 80,000 Low miles. Meticulously kept. New brakes and tires recently. Very sharp car. The exterior is in excellent condition. The paint still shines like new. This is a deep red color and looks great. No rust anywhere on this car. Non smoker owned clean carfax with no accidents. Has the euro headlamps along with the 17 Inch alloy wheels. The wheels have minor curb rash. The interior is a 2-Tone gray and black leather. Looks great no rips or stains. Carpets are in great condition no rips. Comes With the all weather floor mats. Has all the options Power seats, sunroof windows and locks. Everything works as it should. No warning indicators are on. This car is currently NH State inspected. Runs and drives excellent. No shakes or vibrations. Plenty of power from that 2.8L v-6 turbo. Saab 900 SPG is the latest Petrolicious love story
Thu, 03 Oct 2013The latest video from the crew at Petrolicious covers one funky Swede - a 1989 Saab 900 SPG. Produced from 1978 to 1998, the 900 enjoyed a long history, and thanks to its iconic look, it's quickly becoming a modern classic for the off-kilter car enthusiast. The SPG, short for Special Performance Group, makes this a particularly rare find, with owner Jordan Melville saying, "I didn't even realize what I had at the time."
Melville gives a rundown of his life with the 900 and his passion for Saab overall, even reflecting on that dark day that saw the Swedish brand closed its doors. NEV deal to buy Saab delayed
Fri, 03 Aug 2012Remember a month and a half ago when we told you that Saab will "soldier on?" Well, we should have written "stand at attention."
According to SaabsUnited, the deal for National Electric Vehicle Sweden to buy the remaining Saab assets didn't close on schedule. In fact, it's been delayed by "a month, perhaps more." NEVS also seems to have indicated that it's not going to be answering any more questions about the deal until it's completed.
NEVS is supposedly planning on building electric cars based on the design that would have been the next-generation 9-3. The company itself is a partnership between a Chinese energy company and a Japanese investment group.
Nicolas Cage flogs Saab-based Senova from Beijing Auto [w/video]
Mon, 13 May 2013BAIC has officially pulled the covers off of its new Senova D Series sedan for China. The four-door is based on the old Saab 9-5 and boasts a turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine. Local buyers can get their hands on the machine for around $22,745 at current conversion rates. Other engine options include a turbocharged 1.8-liter four cylinder as well as turbocharged 2.3-liter four-cylinder, and a wide range of safety equipment comes standard on every trim except the very base model. Those goodies include a tire pressure monitoring system, active head restraints, blind spot detection, driver fatigue detection and parking sensors.
The Senova nameplate serves every model based on former Saab architectures, including the Epsilon, GM2900 and GM2400 platforms as well as engine and transmission tech. In order to promote its new products, BAIC has hired Hollywood staple Nicolas Cage to serve as the company's brand ambassador.
