2011 Ram 3500 Cummins 4x4 6.7l Hot Shot Gooseneck Work Heavy Duty...warranty on 2040-cars
Houston, Texas, United States

Now that my trailer is sold it is time to sell my truck.
2011 Ram 3500 6.7L Cummins diesel 4x4 with 207K miles (I am the original owner) also has an extended warranty till 2016 with no limitation on the mileage ($5000 warranty from Chrysler). So you can have 500K+ miles on it and still take it to the dealership and fix it under warranty. Tires are more than 70%. Firestone rear Air bag suspension with electric pump, 85 gallons auxiliary diesel tank with a huge tool box, custom made super heavy duty headache rack, b&w gooseneck hitch, AFE transmission cooler and Bilstein heavy duty front shocks. Truck has always been serviced and repaired at Helfman Dodge here in Houston except for the minor stuff like oil changes and brakes. This is my third dodge 3500 that I have used for Hot Shot and the best, this truck was made in the second half of 2011 so it has the high output engine in it with 805 foot pound of torque. I welded a metal bar on the catalytic converter for nobody to steal it as they did it to me when the truck had 150000 miles. You might think that 207000 miles is a lot but, one these are highway miles and two if you know Cummins, you would know how long they last. My last one had 495000 miles when I wrecked it and totaled it and a coworker of mine just passed the 600000 mark. This truck is ready to haul, I am including everything you see in the trunk 6 pipe sticks a bunch of straps, chains and binders I am even including 5 extra air filter and a fuel filter. I did hot shot for 10 years but I just became a father and the road lifestyle isn't possible no more. Please don'y call me asking if there is money to be made in this job, obviously to buy a $50000 truck....there is money to be made in it....you just need to be a careful driver and a hard worker Please understand that I describe the truck in a general way, this truck is in a 100% working condition and I do trusted to go anywhere, but also understand that there is some body nick and dents and scratches that will be pointless to mention since this is a work truck, I did include pictures of the right rear side where I had a blow out and and the left side when a fork lift operator made a ding in it. If you need detail or specific pictures please ask and I'll be happy to send you some. Also the truck is being financed with my local credit union (Houston Federal Credit Union). So please make sure you come on a weekday or early Saturday to pick up the truck as we need to meet at the bank and pay off the loan. By the way this bank will finance a 200k miles diesel truck as I refinanced under my wife's name back in September with 180K miles. Feel free to contact me at my cell 8324099591 Matt...if I don't answer please leave me a detailed voice mail and I'll call you back......Thanks |

Ram 1500 Classic rolls into 2021, celebrates becoming a teenager
Mon, Jul 27 2020CarsDirect crossed paths with a Ram dealer order guide revealing a 2021 Ram 1500 Classic. That news nugget means the fourth-generation Ram truck will get a third year on the market sold alongside the fifth-generation Ram 1500 that entered production for 2019. FCA didn't need more help being the undisputed king of successfully milking a platform (Challenger or Grand Caravan, anyone?), but a 13th year of what's now the Ram 1500 Classic puts local competition out of reach. This truck greeted the world for 2009, when Chrysler — then an unalloyed automaker owned by Cerberus — marched 115 head of cattle down a Detroit street in January to create a spectacle for what was to be the brand-new 2009 Dodge Ram. The order guide showed a $250 bump over the 2020MY pickup, for a total of $30,145 after a $1,695 destination charge to get into a Tradesman regular cab 4x2 powered by the 3.6-liter Pentastar V6. That's the only change CarsDirect mentioned for the new year. The fifth-generation Ram 1500 in its base trim, a Tradesman Quad Cab 4x2, is $3,800 more expensive. However, it's important to note that there's a full line-up of Ram Classics. It's not just the stripper Tradesman model. You can't get the high-dollar Longhorn or Limited, but there's still the mid-grade Big Horn, leather-lined Laramie and the above-pictured Warlock, which is a sort of Rebel-lite model. Some take the Classic's undying existence as a way for Ram to lure mid-size pickup buyers with the most inexpensive full-size pickup. It's possible, yet midsize buyers often don't want to deal with the size and bills that come with full-size trucks, never mind the higher MSRP. One size down, the 2021 Ram Classic costs roughly $1,500 more than a base Tacoma, $4,000 more than a Ford Ranger, and $7,000 more than a Chevrolet Canyon. Incentives this month can take as much as $6,250 off the Ram's price, but Ram isn't alone in putting money on the hood. Besides, the Ram Classic isn't a runaway price champ compared to other full-sizers. A 2020 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 regular cab 4x2 starts at $30,095, and next year's Ford F-150 will start at $30,635 after destination. The Ram Classic makes more sense as a base-truck competitor for full-size competition, one that pays a lot more profit to FCA. And having the old guard on duty did help Ram outsell the Chevrolet Silverado last year. 2015 Fiat Ducato and French siblings get prettier face, finer features
Fri, 25 Apr 2014The Ram ProMaster only introduced itself to US buyers - prognathous jaw first - last year, but it might quickly be the recipient of some plastic surgery. Above is the new face of the 2015 Fiat Ducato, which does duty as our ProMaster, the Citroën Jumper and the Peugeot Boxer and will be officially unveiled on May 12. Its face still slopes forward all the way to the bottom, but the distance and weight of the jutting chin has been greatly reduced by curving lines that more artfully integrate the new three-piece bumper with the sheetmetal. That bumper can be had in two colors, and the front end also gets new, sleeker headlights with LED DRLs.
Trims are named Classic, Tecno and Lounge, and all benefit from ESP, a new underride guard and an upgraded cockpit with touches like better seats, Bluetooth and a clipboard that can be affixed to the dash and is robust enough to hold smartphones and tablets. High-zoot options - which would give the ProMaster better fight against the Mercedes Sprinter if they carry over to our market - include lane departure assist.
The Ducato will come with choices of three roof heights, four lengths and eight capacity ratings. You'll find info on that and much more in the press releases from Fiat and Peugeot below, and we'll find out more about how the ProMaster will benefit in a few weeks.
2019 Ram Rebel 12 is luxurious off-road truck named for ... its touchscreen
Fri, Sep 21 2018When Ram came out with the totally redone 1500 pickup this year, the off-road-leaning Rebel didn't have Ram's giant 12-inch touchscreen as an option. Ram is remedying that omission with a new model called the Rebel 12. Yeah, it's pretty weird to name the car after the size of the infotainment screen, but that's what Ram came up with. The new model is more than just a screen, though. Ram is using it to throw in a few different tech and luxury options that we don't see in the more barebones Rebel. For one, it gets a 19-speaker, 900-watt Harman Kardon sound system with metal speaker grilles. You'll also get leather seats all around, and they're heated up front. So what will all this cost you? The Rebel 12 starts at $48,685, including destination charges — about $3,000 more than the base Rebel. That price gets you everything mentioned above and all the cool Rebel stuff including a lift kit, locking rear differential, Bilstein shocks, 33-inch tires and the tough-looking appearance features. Keep in mind that this base price is still only the V6 with rear-wheel drive. You can send it far higher when you start tacking on desirable options like the Hemi V8 and four-wheel drive. Ram says the luxurious Rebel 12 will be available in the fourth quarter of 2018. View 5 Photos Featured video: This content is hosted by a third party.
