Ebay Auction Terms and Conditions :

• Placing a Bid: Your bid constitutes a legally binding contract to purchase this vehicle. Please do not bid if you're not seriously interested or financially able to purchase this vehicle. Please read eBay's User Agreement or contact us with questions.

• You must be 18 years of age or older to Bid.

• All Financing must be done before auction end.
  

• Buyers Inspection: We welcome a buyers inspection. If you plan to have a buyers inspection, please make sure you inspect the vehicle prior to the auction ending. Inspection fees if any are Buyers responsibility.

• This vehicle is being sold "as is". Contact us for any questions No representations or warranties are made by seller, nor are any representations or warranties relied upon by bidders in making bids.

• Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title service fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered. All taxes and fees must be paid in full in order for vehicle to be titled and registered.
  

• CT Residents are required to pay 6.35% Sales Tax at our location at the time of sale. Non-Residents are not subject to the CT Sales Tax.

• All shipping charges are buyer's responsibility, we will help with shipping arrangements but will not be responsible in any way for claims arising from shipping damage! All shipping arrangements are made via 3rd Party Licensed Broker. Licensed Carriers are generally insured for $3,000,000.00. We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after the vehicle leaves our dealer or any delays in shipping for any reason. We are not affiliated with any carrier. Any claims or other communication regarding shipment of vehicles will be between you and the shipper.

• Finalizing your Purchase: We will contact the successful high bidder by e-mail after the auction closes. Successful high bidder MUST communicate with us by e-mail or phone to make arrangements to complete their transaction and leave a deposit. This deposit is needed to secure your purchase and must be done within 24 hours of the auctions close. We reserve the right to re list this vehicle or sell to any other qualified buyer before purchase is secured. We will use all available resourse to recover lost fees. Deposit will be in the amount of $500.00 by major credit card, cash in person, or bank certified funds (no refunds on deposit unless the car is found to be not as advertised). Failure to leave a deposit within the specified time will result in re-listing of the vehicle and the bidder being charged Ebays final value fee and any fees associated with re-listing the vehicle. Within 72 hours of bid closing, Buyer must send balance of funds by bank wire transfer, cash in person, bank certified funds to Seller. If Deposit is made but payment is not finalized in time allowed in these terms then the car may be re listed and your deposit will be forfeited to us unless other arrangements have been made with us. If Buyer changes mind at any point after deposit is made for any reason the deposit will be forfeit. At time of sending initial deposit, Buyer is to fax copy of their State issued valid Driver License. Furthermore, before said vehicle is released for shipment to Buyer, all other Sale related and title related paperwork must be signed and documented Seller.

• We have the right to end auction early as we have the car on our lot for sale.
  

Please note that a storage fee of $25 per day will be charged starting one week from conclusion of auction unless arrangements are made either in writing or via email that state otherwise. No title will be released until this bill is paid in full. If your travel arrangements prevent you from getting the vehicle within that time frame contact us FIRST. Our space is at a premium; we must always plan accordingly.

We will always try to highlight any major cosmetic blemishes that we see but we are only human and may overlook something minor. We allow test drives; mileage may be slightly more than in the auction. All blemishes or imperfections are taken into consideration in determining our Buy It Now Price. It is the buyers responsibility to read all descriptions and terms & conditions before the end of auction as well as asking any questions or making arrangements for personal inspection if desired. 

Our vehicles may or may not contain non-essential accessory items such as floormats, key fobs, spare wheel/tire, tool kits, CD changer cartridges, cosmetic center caps for wheels, booklets or manuals, cigarette lighters or ashtrays, etc...if you are uncertain please ask us!
