Here is a nice, clean, well taken care of Porsche Cayenne.

This is currently my wife’s everyday driver so the mileage may vary just a little.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with this Porsche, she has just decided she wants a

Bigger sport utility.  Our two boys have gotten older so now it seems we are always carrying a load of teenagers everywhere we go. J

Anyone who has looked at these vehicles before will recognize right away this is the Titanium Edition.

The Titanium package includes two tone leather in lieu of just one color, a white cluster behind the gauges, Dual exhaust tips, and Titanium engraved door steps for the front.

Extra options included when this vehicle was ordered are the Panoramic Soon Roof which was a 2000

Add and the Off road self leveling suspension which was another 2000 add.

The Sun Roof opens all the way back to the back seat so it feels just like driving a convertible SUV in the summer time.

The suspension has (3) settings so you can choose for yourself what type of driving you are getting ready for.  Comfort of course, sets the suspension up softer and allows for a smoother ride.

Sport lowers the car 2” and stiffens up the suspension so it will handle more aggressive driving.  I actually have my own toy to drive so I haven’t spent too much time behind the wheel of this vehicle, but I have driven it enough to know it is by far the best handing SUV I have ever sit in…and we owned a Jeep SRT 8 before…  This things drives incredible..if you want it too.

Off road setting raises the vehicle 4” above the Sport setting  so if you do drive off road or thru snow it will give you more ground clearance in the ruts.

The suspension is by far one of the neatest things about this car…and most dealers don’t even know what it is.  LOL

She has been upkept perfectly and we have a book with some of the records so we know when things have been done. Ie: Brakes completely redone with new rotors at 82,000 miles.

Needs nothing, fly in and drive it home.

Car has 92,000 miles so as per normal there are some scratches here and there…mostly from our fat house cat and one or two dings from parking lot abuse.  Other than that, she is extremely clean inside and out.  Never smoked in… or carried young kids.

We have took two big trips (1000 miles or more each trip)  and she is super quiet inside and rides perfect. Does have 340 horse so you can move when you want too. Averages 17 miles per gallon pretty much all the time and gets around 20 on our trips.

I can’t see why anyone would be disappointed in this vehicle…and our State Employees C/U will loan us 23,000 on it at 4. Something percent.
Speaking of loans, of couse we still owe the credit union some… but I have bought and sold cars before where the bank(s)  just transfer the funds and the paperwork.

If you are a sticular and just have to have the title, I can pay it off and get it… but I will not put myself out until there is a solid decision on your end.

As you should be able to tell by now, I am not desperate, broke or stupid…do please act and offer accordingly.

I know what this vehicle will cost you if you buy it from a dealer, and I also have a few dealer friends who have told me what they want to pay for it.  No games or gimmics here, I am simply offering this vehicle to someone who wants a nice Porsche Cayenne and doesn’t want to pay the Dealer the average retail of 23,775.

I have the vehicle listed at the Avg trade in Value… and I am open to offers.  Nothing hurts my feelings, just don’t get yours hurt if I don’t reply.

Please feel free to call or text with any questions.   828-606-2679

2014 Porsche 911 Targa takes its crop-top off in Motor City

Mon, 13 Jan 2014

Back in 1965, Porsche invented the 911 Targa as a matter necessity. Believing that a finicky National Highway Traffic Safety Administration was prepared to outlaw convertibles, the innovative automaker created the half-open car as a way to keep wind rushing through owners' hair. Though far removed from those formative days, it seems as though the 2015 Porsche 911 Targa has come to the Detroit Auto Show with a new-school version of some old-school tech.
While the last Targa featured a trick sliding glass roof at the touch of the button, the new car dramatically swallows a traditional-looking panel via an exceptionally complex-looking mechanical operation. The net result is "the same fun factor and freedom" that can be had with a complete convertible, though with slightly more open-driving protection while underway.
And, as is the case with all of the current 911 range, getting underway can be done with reasonable rapidity. The entry-level Targa 4 rocks a 350-horsepower, 3.4-liter flat-six engine just behind the rear axle, making that car good for 175 miles per hour at the top end (with the seven-speed manual, 174 mph with PDK) and a 0-to-60 sprint of 4.6 seconds. The Targa 4S, meanwhile, offers 400 horsepower from 3.8-liters of boxer six, runs to 60 in 4.2 seconds and hits a top "track speed" of 183 mph.

Best sport sedans for 2022 and 2023

Thu, Nov 11 2021

SUVs dominate the car industry at every size and price level, but some people still prefer the looks, and more importantly, the performance and comfort, of the traditional sedan. With a lower ride height, lighter weight and generally smaller size, they often are much more fun to drive, and can even be more comfortable. Sport sedans of course lean harder on the performance side of things, and are among the best options for sheer speed and fun, thanks to those inherent characteristics. We've rounded up the ones in the segment that do the sporty dance better than any others in 2024 to give you a handy guide when you're shopping for one of your own. You'll find a wide array of cars here including gas, electric and hybrid powertrains. They'll have manual and automatic transmissions and drive the front, rear or all four wheels. Technically a few hatchbacks have slipped in, but they're close enough in look and feel that we wanted to include them. And excluding them means you might miss out on some of the best-driving options available. You wouldn't want that, would you? Alfa Romeo Giulia Why it stands out: Punchy four-cylinder; astounding power from Quadrifoglio; light and nimble character; awesome shift paddlesCould be better: Clunky infotainment; sub-par switchgear Read our Alfa Romeo Giulia review We start this list with one of the most predictable inclusions: the Alfa Romeo Giulia. Yes, it's a stereotype that the Italian sport sedan is fun to drive, but the fact is, well, it is. The Giulia comes standard with a turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder making 280 horsepower, making it one of the most powerful four-cylinders in the segment. It's paired with a snappy and smooth eight-speed transmission and either rear-wheel or all-wheel drive.  The engine is lively and torquey, if a little short of revs, and the chassis feels super-light. The steering is eager and the car jumps into corners. We also highly recommend getting a version with the enormous and superb aluminum paddle shifters that make clicking through gears much more entertaining. And on the topic of the interior, it's attractive, but the various switches and knobs feels a little cheap, and the infotainment system is clunky. Of course there's also the incredible Giulia Quadrifoglio at the high end. It gets a Ferrari-derived twin-turbo 2.9-liter V6 making 505 hp, and it's rear-wheel drive only.
