Hi, I am selling my 1974 914. Mileage is a bit under 104,00. It has had tons of work done to it for which there is are records from the premeir Porsche 914 shop in St. Louis. Brand new cluthch system, heating system, fuel pump, brakes ect. Please call me at 314-315-7350 to chat. Car  has original Fuch Alloys along with a set of original steel wheels and set of aftermartket wheels. Very solid 914 with very minor rust. Runs great as I drive it on a regular basis.

The Bad News. Oil leak, passenger door hit and replaced with different door as original was a goner. Needs window ajuster and window installed and some new door and interior upholstry replaced. Fuel guage is untustworthy also (I fill up every other time I go out just to be safe)

Paypal deposit of $200 required within 48 hours after purchase (Deposit will be subtracted from final price upon pick up of car and title/payment). Only cash payment is accepted and payment in full expected within 14 days of sale at the time of the pick up of the 914 and title. Buyer is responsible for pickup or shipping. I drove my first 1972 914 I owned in 98' from LA to STL so you could probably just drive it home yourself.

Note: VIN number on my title is not regeristing when I just entered it in. Car is a historic vehicle in Missouri, not sure if that has something to do with it.

Evo rediscovers true love in the new Porsche 911 GT3 RS

Wed, Jun 3 2015

Evo is on record as loving the Porsche 911 GT3. In fact the only time the GT3 hasn't won its Car of the Year award was when there wasn't a new one to contend for top honors, and in 2009 (when the 997.2 GT3 lost out to the Lotus Evora). By all accounts, then, Evo ought to love the new GT3 RS. Fortunately that's just what the British enthusiast's publication has gotten its hands on for this latest video. After Porsche went a bit softer with the current 911 GT3, the RS has been toughened up to greet the most hardcore of Zuffenhausen's faithful. It was revealed just a few months ago at the Geneva Motor Show, with a 4.0-liter atmospheric boxer-six driving 500 horsepower and 338 pound-feet of torque to the rear wheels – exclusively through a dual-clutch transmission. That last bit might be enough to make the snobbiest of purists scoff, but it wasn't enough to keep Chris Harris from loving it. Find out what his former compatriots at Evo have to say from this first drive.

Porsche 911 and Nissan 350Z get smoked by unlikely hero

Mon, Jun 1 2015

So a Nissan 350Z Procharger and a current Porsche 911 GT3 drive onto the Autobahn together - stop me if you've heard this one before - and they decide to race. We're not sure how much power the Z is packing, but the stock model topped out at 306 horsepower on the last year of its run in 2009. And if that's a stock GT3 then it will be rocking something like 475 horsepower. So the Z and the GT3 give it a racing go, and just as one of them starts to pull away they're both overtaken by one of the most unlikely dark horses you could imagine. It's a really short video and we won't spoil the surprise, so check it out above.
