YOU ARE VIEWING MY 2010 PORSCHE C2 911 997 COUPE. IT IS METEOR GRAY WITH BLACK INTERIOR, 6 SPEED MANUAL, BOSE SOUND SYSTEM WITH TOUCH SCREEN TECHNOLOGY. HEATED/VENTILATED SEATS WITH MEMORY, AND INFLATABLE LUMBAR. NAVIGATION, BLUE TOOTH. 19 INCH FIVE SPOKE RIMS WITH NEW KHUMOS PLUS NEW BATTERY. CAR IS A REBUILT SALVAGE IN EXCELLENT CONDITION. I BUY SLIGHTLY BRUISED 911s. I DO NOT BUY CARS WITH FRAME DAMAGE, REAR END HITS, OR SEVERE SUSPENSION WORK. I BUY " BOLT ON" REPAIRS. THIS CAR NEEDED A NEW FRONT BUMPER AND BUMPER COVER, NEW HOOD, RIGHT FRONT FENDER, HEAD LIGHT, OUTSIDE REAR VIEW MIRROR ANDA FEW OTHER PARTS UNDERNEATH. ABSOLUTELY NO FRAME DAMAGE. CAR RIDES STRAIGHT AND TRUE AND IS VERY QUICK. BEAUTIFUL INSIDE AND OUT. SMOOTH SHIFTER AND HANDLES, WELL...LIKE A PORSCHE! MILEAGE: AFTER THE ACCIDENT, THE CAR WAS NOT RUNNING, SO IT IS LISTED AS TMU. " TRUE MILEAGE UNKNOWN" AFTER REPAIR, AND POWERED UP THE MILEAGE READ 13,650, I ASKED THE PORSCHE DEALER TO CONFIRM MILEAGE, THEY INFORMED ME THAT THE FACTORY IN GERMANY IS THE ONLY PLACE THAT COULD TAKE APART AN INSTRUMENT CLUSTER AND CONFIRM. I DECIDED TO HAVE THE CLUSTER SENT TO GERMANY, THEY CONFIRMED THE MILEAGE BUT UNFORTUNATELY, THEY WILL NOT GIVE YOU PAPERWORK TO VERIFY. THE DEALER SAYS, THEY CANNOT QUESTION THEIR WORK, IF THEY SAY IT IS, THEN IT IS.
THE CAR WAS ORIGINALLY PURCHASED AT RUSNAK PORSCHE IN PASADENA CA. THE ORIGINAL OWNER LIVED AND WORKED IN PASADENA, I KNOW BECAUSE ALL THE ADDRESS' WERE IN HIS NAVI SYSTEM. I CALLED THE SERVICE MANAGER AT RUSNAK, HE KNEW THE CAR AND THE OWNER AND SAID HE HAS NO REASON TO DOUBT THAT MILEAGE, IN HIS OPINION, IT'S 100% LEGIT.
WHY DID I BUY IT? QUITE SIMPLY, I BUY SLIGHTLY DAMAGED PORSCHES, FIX THEM UP AND SELL THEM, OCCASIONALLY FOR A PROFIT, BUT MAINLY JUST TO DRIVE A DIFFERENT PORSCHE EVERY YEAR! LOOK AT MY FEED BACK, IT IS 100% POSITIVE, FIND THE PEOPLE WHO BOUGHT CARS FROM ME AND THEY ALL SAY GOOD THINGS. EVERY CAR I HAVE SOLD, HAS A NEW HAPPY OWNER.
I AM SELLING THIS CAR WAY BELOW RETAIL AND EVEN BELOW WHOLESALE. MY "REAL BUSINESS" IS CONSUMING ME RIGHT NOW, AND WIFE SAYS "SELL IT NOW" SO I WILL ENTERTAIN ANY "RESPECTABLE" OFFER. IT'S A BEAUTIFUL CAR AT A GREAT PRICE.
NOTE: THE NAVI AND THE BLUE TOOTH MUST BE PROGRAMMED AT A PORSCHE DEALER. THERE IS ONLY ONE KEY.
I HAVE THE MANUAL, SERVICE RECORDS, THE BODY SHOP RECEIPT, INSPECTION REPORT,.ETC.

McLaren P1 vs Porsche 918 vs Ducati 1199 Superleggera in epic standing-mile drag race
Fri, 10 Oct 2014We live in a high-tech supercar renaissance, with the Porsche 918 Spyder, McLaren P1 and Ferrari LaFerrari all duking it out for performance supremacy. All three members of this power trio place the engine behind the driver and use some kind of hybrid assist. However, each one finds a slightly different way to make that setup work. While all of the tech is insanely cool, let's just admit that we are all really wondering which one is the quickest and which is the fastest. Autocar aims to find out in a new video pitting two of them against a surprise challenger in the standing mile.
Unfortunately, the race is missing the Ferrari, despite Autocar's best efforts. So instead, it has another limited-edition, high-performance vehicle from Italy in the form of the Ducati 1199 Superleggera. The bike has just two cylinders, but at 1.2-liters of displacement, it makes over 200 horsepower, and all that gumption is packaged into a magnesium monocoque body with carbon fiber bodywork to keep weight low. Granted, the cycle is going up against the 875-hp Porsche and 903-hp McLaren, but traction, aerodynamics and gearing all play a part in this fascinating video.
There's no sense in ruining the winner before watching, but Autocar teases that the finish is one of its closest drag races ever. Check out the video to find out just what that means.
2015 Porsche Cayman GTS
Thu, 29 May 2014The Porsche Boxster and Cayman will forever nip at the heels of their big brother, the 911 Carrera, and perpetuating this tradition are the latest GTS variants, which add yet another arrow to the quiver of the plucky mid-engined platform.
The GTS' performance enhancements boost horsepower by a mere 15 and shave a tenth from 0 to 60, but Porsche's clever product planners and engineers have stuck to their familiar formula in making the Cayman GTS more desirable than the Boxster for dyed-in-the-wool performance enthusiasts. More on that shortly.
Laps around Spain's Circuito Mallorca RennArena and the nearby Serra de Tramuntana mountain range would shed further light on how the GTS differentiates itself from lesser Caymans.
Sunday Drive: A new Rambo Lambo takes center stage
Sun, Dec 10 2017Surprise! Autoblog readers love fast cars. Doesn't matter what shape; doesn't matter what size. As long as it's got big power, wicked acceleration, and ludicrous speed, you're interested. Take, for instance, the brand-new Lamborghini Urus. It's got a 4.0-liter twin-turbocharged V8 sending 641 horsepower and 627 pound-feet of torque through an 8-speed automatic transmission to all four wheels. It hits 62 miles per hour in 3.6 seconds, and has a top speed of 189.5 mph. Ludicrous speed? Check. And although you'd be hard pressed to draw a line straight back from the upcoming Urus to the old, off-road-ready LM002, at least you can say that Lamborghini does have a history of producing overpowered SUVs. A 5.2-liter V12 engine producing 444 horsepower and borrowed from the Countach certainly qualifies as big power, especially considering this was in the 1980s and '90s. A prime example just sold for nearly half a million bucks. Moving along to more traditional sportscars, we got a sneak peek at the next Porsche 911's interior, thanks to some intrepid spy photographers. And we spy with our little eyes some major changes to the quintessential German sportscar. Finally, we round out this Sunday Drive with two First Drive reports. Both are German, but past that, they couldn't be more different. Either way, ludicrous speed is all but guaranteed by either one. As always, stay tuned to Autoblog for all the latest automotive news that's fit to print.
