Here is my 67 Fury. Numbers matching car, power windows, Seats, Cruise Control, and Cold AC. 383 Super commando 325 HP Car was painted in the 90s sometime. Not perfect but still looks fantastic. Paint is not so fantastic on the trunk and the hood is flaking a little. Floor is solid, frame and trunk are solid as well. Miles are original. Top is starting to crack but not coming apart. Interior is in fantastic shape it has one crack in the dash and a small puncture hole on side of drivers seat. The only issues the car has is the windows do not roll up and down except the passenger window. I believe they are stuck, you can still hear the motors working but not enough to roll them. Heater core leaks so I bypassed it since I do not drive it in the winter or bad weather. Turn signals on fenders do not work. The AM FM Radio works but if you hit a big bump you lose the station. Sounds great though. Cruise works fine but the speed dial is not accurate. The Tires are Coker reproduction BF Goodrich. They in my opinion look fantastic. They have maybe 500 miles on them. Dual Snorkel Air cleaner is not the original air cleaner that came with this car, but I believe it is period correct. I just liked it. Please ask any and all questions before bidding. Car is in Evansville Wyoming. This car should make a road trip anywhere in the US, but of course it is a 47 year old car so anything can happen. US Marshal's classic muscle car auction officially in the books
Thu, 25 Sep 2014The US Marshal's so-called Blood Muscle Auction was completed earlier this month, with the prestigious nine-car field (two cars were added following Autoblog's initial story, a 1970 Chevrolet Chevelle SS 454 and a rare, mid-restoration 1971 Plymouth Hemi 'Cuda) finding new and hopefully law-abiding owners.
While we'd normally recap the stars of the show, in this particular auction, every car's sale was newsworthy. The full list of sale prices doesn't seem to be published, but according to The New York Times, the auction brought in a total of $2.5 million, or an average of about $277,000 per car.
The king of the contest seems to be a 1970 Plymouth Superbird (above, right), complete with a 426-cubic-inch Hemi V8, which brought home $575,000. The trio of Yenko Chevys, meanwhile, all easily cleared the six-figure mark, with the Yenko Camaro (above, far right) clearing $315,000, the Chevelle crossing the block for $237,500 and the supremely rare - one of just 37 - Yenko Nova (shown above, left) selling for an even $400,000.
'Blood Muscle' auction to sell impressive collection of ill-begotten classic cars

But being a criminal can involve more than just taking a trip to the big house; it can also mean losing possessions purchased from any ill-gotten gains. Still, one man's loss is another's gain, and if you're in Lodi, NJ, on September 12, you stand the chance to buy some of the ultimate muscle cars from the US Marshals in what is being gruesomely nicknamed the Blood Muscle auction.
The grisly moniker was earned because all of the vehicles belonged to the president of a blood testing company who is facing prison time for alleged bribery, according to Hemmings. After all, they are muscle cars bought with actual blood money. The seven-vehicle collection includes some of the ultimate muscle cars ever made, and the original buyer clearly had an eye for rarity.
This cornucopia of V8 power includes a teal 1970 Ford Mustang Boss 429, a 1967 Shelby GT500 Mustang, an orange 1970 Plymouth Superbird, a 1970 Chevrolet Chevelle SS convertible and perhaps most prized of all - a trio of 1969 Yenko Chevys with a Chevelle, Nova and Camaro all represented. From the included photos, all of them look to be in fantastic condition.

Sat, 18 Jan 2014The Plymouth Superbird is one of those classic American cars from the muscle car era that has captured the imagination of all sorts of automotive enthusiasts long after its presence on roads and race tracks wore away. It's easy to see why. Where else but in the Swingin' Sixties and Seventies would a car leave the factory with an aerodynamics package that included a pointy beak and a rear spoiler that sat several feet above the rear deck?
The example you see above, which was born in 1970, is one of the finest Superbirds we've ever seen. Combine its complete restoration with its original 426 Hemi engine, and it's no surprise that it managed to bring in a cool half million dollars (plus 10 percent in fees) at Barrett-Jackson.
