Please Read Full Description!!

Hello, up for auction my 2006 Nissan Titan LE King Cab 4x4. Truck is in excellent condition, very low miles, new tires. Only reason for selling is my company provided me with a company car, and I simply don't drive the truck hardly at all, have only put about 4000 miles on it since I bought it last year. I hate to make a payment on something for it to just sit under my carport. That being said, I don't need to sell this truck, so if it does not hit the reserve, that is ok, I will keep it. I apologize I did not get the chance to detail the truck before I took the pics, the weather here has been crazy, but as you can see by the pics, I keep it pretty clean. I am sort of anal about my vehicles!!

Truck drives great, tons of power, very comfortable. Everything works as it should, needs nothing. Truck is pretty well loaded out, heated leather, climate control, memory seats, adjustable pedals, Homelink system, tow package, factory spray in bed liner with Nissans utili-track bed system, backup warning system, 18" wheels, keyless entry (I have both remotes and the owners manual) and much more. Not much else to say, with only 31k miles, truck is hardly broken in, looks great, drives great. Mileage may change slightly as I still drive the truck. Original paint, no accidents, no problems. I believe I am the second owner. The reserve is very reasonable on this truck, please don't ask what it is, just bid what you feel comfortable with.

As nice as this truck is, it is used and not perfect, has a few dings and scratches as you would expect from a used truck, I don't think it has ever been "worked", but it is used, so don't expect a new truck, just a very clean, very nice used truck.

Please feel free to email me through eBay with any questions. I am not interested in any trades, thanks.

Truck is being sold as is, where is, with no warranty (written, expressed or implied). Truck is for sale locally as well, so I do reserve the right to end the auction early if it sells.

I require a depost of $100.00 via PayPal with 24 hours of auctions end, and full payment to be made within 7 days of auctions end in the form of certified check or cash in person (PayPal for deposit only). If you pay by check it will have to clear before I can release the truck.

The truck is financed through Chase, upon payment I will release the truck to you with a bill of sale, and overnight you the title as soon at it is released to me from Chase. Do not let this scare you, I have sold several vehicles here on eBay that have been financed and have never had a problem with this, but it will take a couple weeks to get the title. Most states will issue you a temp tag from your local DMV until you receive the title.

Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer, however I will assist any way I can.

This is not a game, you are bidding to buy, not to "come look at it", it costs money to list this. Make sure you have the cash and/or your financing in order before you bid. Bidders new to ebay with less than 10 feedback, or alot of negative feedback, email me before you bid or I will cancel your bid.

Ok folks, there you have it, nice truck, and you can get it for less than half of what a new Titan LE will cost you with only 31k miles on it, look at my feedback and bid with confidence, thank you and good luck!

China's largest dealer body pushes back against foreign automakers over huge inventories

Mon, Jan 5 2015

Do not think for a second that automakers forcing inventory on dealers in order to pad the numbers is a ruse known only in the US. Stories of individual brands have hinted at the trouble Chinese dealerships are having trying to move units as the country's economic growth remains hot but comes off the boil, like the one revealing that 95 percent of Toyota-FAW showrooms are losing money. Yet Toyota isn't the only culprit, and the issue has become so dire that the China Automobile Dealers Association (CADA), the largest dealer body in the country, has written to the government to complain. Chinese car sales are expected to close out the year with an annualized growth of six-percent, down from last year's 14 percent when targets were set, while in the background the pace of overall economic expansion is the slowest its been since the early nineties. Automakers, shipping cars on schedule to make their earlier targets, have blown up inventories such that they are an average of 1.8 times monthly sales, when the preferred multiplier is from 0.9 to 1.2. According to the CADA, the price wars and necessary incentives mean that only 30 percent of dealers are operating in the black. That number is down a whopping forty percent since 2010. In response, Toyota has already said it will not make its 2014 target of 1.1 million cars sold. We're a long way from 2012, when Toyota planned on selling 1.8 million cars in China in 2015, a target that's now as realistic as a manticore. BMW, Honda and Nissan have erased numbers on their spreadsheets, too; BMW growth dropped from 20 percent to 8 percent midyear after it began "reducing wholesale supplies," and Honda has been reworking its plans as sales have decreased each of the past six months. It's a big deal for Chinese dealers to begin protesting publicly, the CADA saying, "In the past, dealers were angry, but dared not speak out. But now, they have to shout because the situation is getting so unbearable." With six-percent growth forecast for next year and dealers unwilling to remain underwater, The Year of the Sheep coming in 2015 could portend meaning beyond the zodiac. Pontiac Aztek enjoys rebirth thanks to Millennials

Fri, Sep 11 2015

Apparently, Millennials – those between 18 and 34 – aren't afraid to look different on the road, and they like performance, too. A new study by Edmunds is discovering some surprising vehicle choices by this group. Among them, the long-derided Pontiac Aztek is getting a new day in the sun with 25.5 percent its buyers coming from this generation in the first half of 2015. For comparison, Millennials represent an average of 16.8 percent of used car purchases. The Aztek is slowly shaking its reputation as a styling abomination, which seems tied to its appearance on Breaking Bad. The show premiered in 2008, and the Pontiac has been on this list for four of the past five years, according to Edmunds. It even led the pack in 2010. A recent Retro Review from MotorWeek also showed that the crossover wasn't always so hated. While it's still a shock to see the Aztek on any popularity list, the awkward-looking crossover only ranks sixth among Millennials. The vehicle with the biggest portion of buyers from the generation is the Dodge Magnum with 27.6 percent. According to Edmunds, the bluntly styled wagon is especially popular in Detroit and Chicago. The Chrysler Pacifica comes in a close second at 27.3 percent. When it comes to used cars, value and utility appear to trump just about anything else for many Millennial buyers," Edmunds analyst Jeremy Acevedo said in the report. Young buyers aren't afraid of sporty rides, either. The Subaru WRX has 26.4 percent Millennial buyers to rank third place on the list, and the Volkswagen R32 takes fifth at 25.7 percent. Just a few points lower in seventh place is the Nissan GT-R at 25.4 percent, and the final performance machine in 10th place is the Lexus IS-F with 24.7 percent. Related Video:

This map reveals the cleanest vehicles based on location

Thu, Apr 28 2016

Naysayers love to point out how dirty the electricity grid mix is when it comes to charging electric vehicles. Curmudgeons are eager to jump into any conversation about EVs to enlighten the lucky listeners about how plug-in cars contribute to pollution, sometimes even throwing in a dash of climate-change denial for good measure. (Thanks, buddy. Pray, tell me more about the plight of oppressed SUV owners.) Unless someone buys an EV just because they think they're cool (which, yeah, they often are), they probably have at least a passable understanding of their environmental pros and cons. As many EV owners are already aware, location has a lot to do with any particular plug-in car's carbon footprint. Still, there's always more to know, and knowledge is not a bad thing, especially if one uses it to do the right thing. That's why this handy-dandy map from Carnegie Mellon University is so interesting. CMU researchers have compiled information about the lifecycle greenhouse gas emissions of various EVs based on where they're charged, as compared to gasoline-powered vehicles. The researchers looked at the Nissan Leaf, Chevrolet Volt, and Prius Plug-In Hybrid versus the gasoline-dependent Toyota Prius hybrid and the stop-start-equipped Mazda3 with i-ELOOP and compared grams of CO2 emitted per mile. CMU takes into account the grid mix, ambient temperature, and driving patterns. CMU takes into account the grid mix based on county, as well as ambient temperature and driving patterns in terms of miles traveled on the highway or in the city. For instance, if you drive a Nissan Leaf in urban areas of California, Texas, or Florida, your carbon footprint is lower than it would be if you were driving a standard Toyota Prius. However, if you charge your Leaf in the Midwest or the South, for the most part, you've got a larger carbon footprint than the Prius. If you live in the rural Midwest, you'd probably even be better off driving a Mazda3. Throughout the country, the Chevrolet Volt has a larger carbon footprint than the Toyota Prius, but a smaller one than the Mazda3 in a lot of urban counties in the US. The Prius and Prius Plug-In are relatively equal across the US. Having trouble keeping it straight? That's not surprising. The comparisons between plug-in and gasoline vehicles are much more nuanced than the loudest voices usually let on.
