The vehicle described above is being sold AS-IS with no implied warranty from the seller.  Some vehicle might have a factory warranty, most will not.  Please keep in mind that this is a used vehicle and will have normal wear and tear. If you have any questions regarding the vehicle, it is your responsibility to contact the seller either through e-mail or the listed phone . The vehicle is also available to be inspected by any interested buyer, or any third party where necessary. At any moment the seller reserves the right to end the auction without notice since the vehicle is also listed locally.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to have thoroughly inspected the vehicle, and to have satisfied himself or herself as to the condition and value and to bid based upon that judgment solely. The seller shall and will make every reasonable effort to disclose any known defects associated with this vehicle at the buyer's request prior to the close of sale. Seller assumes no responsibility for any repairs regardless of any oral statements about the vehicle.  

CONTRACT

Please keep in mind that your bid a legally binding contract in the State of Kentucky, and that you must follow through with the purchase. Users with negative feedback might have their bids cancelled unless they contact me to confirm intention to purchase, and users who do not follow through with the winning bid will receive negative feedback accordingly, and might be turned over to a collection agency that reports to the credit bureaus.  You are purchasing a vehicle in McCracken County, Kentucky therefore by bidding on this auction you agree that for ALL legal disputes must be resolved in McCracken County, Kentucky.   It is also agreed by all parties in relation to any transaction involving this vehicle that the proper venue for any legal proceedings shall be Harris County, Texas.

DELIVERY

Car will not be allowed to be picked up until all payments have cleared, NO EXCEPTIONS, title will follow via priority mail.  Do not ask for the immediate delivery of vehicle or title when you paid via check, money order or cashier checks.  We have to wait for the funds to clear, if you want fast delivery, bank wire transfers are the fastest and safest way.

DISCLOSURE 

We will do the best in our ability to describe the vehicle, and we include many photos to help us disclose as much as we can.
However, it is important to remember that these vehicles are pre-owned, not brand new. Therefore, minor items such as cigarette lighters, manuals, CD changer magazines, service records etc. may be missing. And, as with any used vehicle, minor signs of wear may become apparent under close inspection. This may include small chips, light scratches or minor abrasions, wheel scuffs, and other indications of normal wear and tear. We cannot and will not be held liable or responsible for these issues. This car is also listed locally we reserve the right to end this auction early. 

REQUIREMENTS

• I require an initial contact within 24 hours of end of auction and a $500.00 non-refundable paypal deposit within 24 hours.  This deposit is applied towards the purchase price.

• Balance must be paid within 7 days of close of auction. Unless other arrangements agreeable to the seller are made.

•  I accept payments via bank wire transfer, Bank money orders, cash in person, bank personal check and certified checks.  Some payment methods take longer to clear my bank.  Bank wire transfers and Direct Bank Deposits are the preferred methods.   Some out of State checks and cashier checks can take up to 10 business days to clear.
