This is a 2012 Nissan Juke with only 885 miles. It was totaled in a front end collision in Oregon in October 2012. It was owned for 2 months. I purchased it from an auto auction with the intention of rebuilding it, but it will take more of a time commitment than I currently have. It came with an Oregon issued salvage title from Farmers Insurance Company. The engine and transmission appear to work. I can start it and back it out of my garage down the driveway, and drive it back into my garage. (That is all I would want to drive it without the radiator.) I also had the frame straightened, the wheels aligned, and had the upper radiator support welded on. You will need to replace the radiator and fan, the A/C condenser, the turbo intercooler, and of course the hood, front grill, turn signals, and headlights. You will need to paint the hood and front pieces. You will also need to replace the driver air bag as it deployed in the collision. All other airbags (including passenger side) were not deployed and assumed to be good. All glass is intact, and everything appears to work on it (power windows, power locks, intelligent key, audio system, navigation package, brakes, steering, etc.) There may be other damage which might not be evident until the car is able to drive at highway speeds (radiator and turbo intercooler replaced) that I am not currently aware of.
Once you make the above stated repairs, you may be able to have a reconstruction title issued in your state which will allow you to obtain full coverage collision and comprehensive insurance on it. Check your state MVD.
You will need to arrange for shipping at buyers expense. I can recomend a good shipper that I used to ship it from Oregon.

Running the engine and attempting to drive the vehicle for more than a couple of minutes without repairing the cooling system will damage the engine and transmission. Nissan to make 85% of the vehicles it sells here in US
Fri, 07 Mar 2014We could be in for a big push from Nissan in the manufacturing realm if Vice President of US Sales and Marketing Fred Diaz has anything to say about it. Speaking to the Automotive Press Association recently, Diaz (above) expressed a desire to build some 85 percent of the vehicles Nissan sells to Americans in the US, claiming it will happen "in the very near future." Nissan has already moved to increase exports of its US-built products, and in 2013, it built just over 76 percent of the models it sold in this market within our country's borders.
"Any issues of us taking advantage of the value of the yen, we want to dispel that," Diaz told reporters, pointing out the contentious issue of currency manipulation. There's also the obvious goal of positive PR - Americans like things made in America, and they like companies that invest in America. Diaz is quick to point out that Nissan had done just that: "While a lot of people retrenched [during the recession], instead we leaned into it and we continued investing and in fact made over $5 billion in investments, bringing a lot of production from Japan to the United States and to Mexico," Diaz said, pointing out that Nissan has helped create 8,000 jobs through its investments.
Nissan runs three factories in the US, two in Tennessee and one in Mississippi. Between the three, production is up 22 percent, while the overall exports from the facilities have increased by 100,000 units, Diaz told reporters.
2013 Nissan Pathfinder: June 2013
Thu, 18 Jul 2013When we say that our long-term 2013 Nissan Pathfinder has been busy, we mean it. Want proof? In the past month, the big, brown Nissan was only idle enough for us to take it in for its 11,500-mile routine service and to shoot a couple of new photos of the long-termer in Detroit.
Most recently, the Pathfinder spent a few weeks in the hands of AOL Autos' executive editor Sharon Carty, who used the three-row CUV to haul her entire family from Detroit to New Jersey and back... twice. That's a pretty serious amount of miles, but it gave Sharon a really solid look into how the vehicle holds up for the needs of a family with kids of different ages.
Nissan will restore Craigslist Maxima, display at headquarters [w/video]
Sat, 08 Feb 2014Nissan showed that it had a great sense of humor when it bought Luke Aker's beat-up 1996 Nissan Maxima GLE for $1,400 back in December based solely on the quality of his tongue-in-cheek sales video.
Aker's Maxima had been thoroughly driven. It needed a strap to keep its hood closed, had front end damage, a missing turn signal and shredded leather seats. Of course, like Aker said in his ad, the car was still "fully loaded with an engine, wheels, tires and an automatic transmission." How could Nissan resist?
After buying the car, Nissan teamed up with MotorAuthority to decide what to do with it. The winning idea was to restore the car to its proper condition and display it at Nissan North America headquarters in Franklin, TN, with Aker's video playing nearby. According to MotorAuthority, the car has finally made it there, and its rebirth will begin soon. Nissan is not sure when the car will go on display.
