Here we have another fine example of a great used vehicle. We have been putting our best here on EBAY and as you can see, all are satisfied. We don't sugar coat anything ,all our vehicles have accurate descriptions. This one is a 1 OWNER 2003 NISSAN FRONTIER, with very low mileage for the year, and for a pick up. The truck runs and drives excellent, its a 4 cylinder motor so its about as good as it gets for a pick up on gas mileage. The transmission shift as it should. All four tires are in good shape with 80% plus tread life left. The brakes are working as they should. No lights whatsoever, no check engine no abs, ETC. This truck is a fill up and go truck, so feel free to fly in and drive home. Sometimes shipping is cheaper, we are able to provide you with phone numbers for quotes from reliable companies bonded and insured. As you can see in the pictures it does have the extended cab with the fold down seats. We are a small family owned dealer in NW Indiana with a great reputation here on EBAY, as well as locally. We take pride in our sales, vehicles and customers. We expect everyone to be completely satisfied with the vehicles the purchase from us. Since we are a dealer we have to collect 7% sales tax on top of the winning bid. You will receive an ST-108 form proving you paid the tax. We also provide a free 31 temp. plate so the winner will not have to rush out and get plates. The truck is on our lot for sale as well so the auction can end at anytime. We are going to add a buy it now price, which we usually don't do, but the last one sold before the auction ended and we like to give everyone a fair chance. This will be a NO RESERVE AUCTION so last bid wins. We prefer to let the auction take its course, but sometimes we have to end it because they get sold here on the lot. This will only be a 5 day AUCTION. Now more about the truck. The paint shines like new, the interior is in good shape for a 10 year old vehicle as I stated it does have a couple small burns on the driver seat, but no smoke smell. The carpets are in great shape free of tears, rips burns ETC. This is a 1 OWNER well maintained truck and its a Nissan so the winner should get a couple more hundred thousand miles out of it. The body is in great shape, the rear bumper does have a little paint peel but not all that bad considering the year and it being a Midwest vehicle. The CARFAX is clean and shows the vehicle being purchased in 2004 with 15 miles on it at the time of purchase. We stand behind all of our vehicles if they don't pass our inspection we send them to auctions. The Nissan passed with flying colors. As well as all emission safety inspections that are required in our state, and many surrounding states, so no worries there. Although we are a small Family Owned dealer we are very busy, so any questions will be answered as fast as possible. The good news is the winning bid plus tax that's it. We do not charge all the other fees all other dealers charge such as Doc, Prep, Tag Etc. So again Please BID with confidence and bid early and often so this truck can get sold here on EBAY. We do not like ending the listings early because they get sold here on the lot. If the truck brings the $ it should we will leave it on and just tell our customers its on EBAY and we want to let the auction take its course. BUY WITH CONFIDENCE. We do require an IMMEDIATE $500 deposit through Pay Pal so if you don't have a Pay Pal account please don't bid unless you contact us 1st. But we can take the deposit over the phone with a credit or debit card, we just ask that you contact us 1st so we no. After the deposit is made the balance must be paid in full within 3 DAYS. We can take that over the phone as well, or you may overnight a cashiers check, or bring cash in person if you are picking it up. Once we receive the full payment we will overnight title, tax form ,and 31 day plate. Thank you so much for viewing our 2003 Nissan Frontier. BID WITH CONFIDENCE> HAPPY BIDDING< AND GOOD LUCK.

Mitsubishi, Nissan will build mini EV together
Tue, Oct 20 2015That minicar project that erstwhile competitors Nissan and Mitsubishi launched about four years ago is about to go a little more maxi. NMKV Co., the joint venture established in June 2011 by the two Japanese automakers to make minicars, is going to get more resources specifically to ease a move into the electric-vehicle sector. Specifically, Nissan, which makes the all-electric Leaf, is going to have a bigger role in the testing, design, and development of the partnership's mini EVs. A memorandum of understand between Nissan and Mitsubishi, maker of the i-MiEV, is in the works. So far, the joint-venture has sold about 500,000 gas-powered three-cylinder compact vehicles under the two automotive brands, so it must be doing something right. The first Nissan Dayz and the Mitsubishi eK Wagon models started production in 2013. Sales of the Nissan Dayz Roox and Mitsubishi eK Space, which went the higher-roof route, began early last year. Nissan and Mitsubishi started making noise about this last summer, when word came out that the little EV may be priced at less than $15,000 in Japan, quite a bit cheaper than either the Leaf or the i-MiEV over there. As with the current models, the future minicar variants will be produced at Mitsubishi's Mizushima factory in Japan. So far, the partnership would only say that details about NMKV's next-generation mini EV will be released "at a later time," so specifics like range and other performance measures will have to wait. Until then, you can take a look at NMKV's press release below. Nissan, Mitsubishi Motors and NMKV reach agreement on planning and development of next-generation minicars Nissan Motor Co., Ltd., Mitsubishi Motors Corporation, and their joint venture NMKV Co., Ltd. today reached an agreement to continue their joint project regarding development of the next generation of current minicar models. The three companies will soon sign a memorandum of understanding. The companies aim to develop more competitive products by optimizing resource allocation and their respective roles and responsibilities. Nissan will be more deeply involved in development operations, such as design development and testing. In addition to its product planning and project development roles, NMKV will strengthen its management capabilities by adding a new department to enhance collaboration with engineering and manufacturing functions. Vehicle production is planned to continue at Mitsubishi's Mizushima Plant.
Nissan to take over for Renault in Formula E
Thu, Oct 12 2017Formula E has generated a lot of news lately, even in the off-season, as major automakers continue to either join the series or express interest in participating. The inclusion of a number of European rivals makes the series particularly interesting. One thing missing from the lineup is a Japanese automaker. That will change, though, as Motorsport reports that Nissan will be taking over its Alliance partner Renault's spot on the starting grid. It's not confirmed when the switch will happen, but with the Renault e.dams Z.E. 17 (seen in testing above) already having been unveiled for next season, it's likely the switch will come in for the 2018/19 season when the series moves away from the practice of swapping cars mid-race. Renault has been a successful part of Formula E from the very beginning, providing (with partner Spark) the cars each team used in the first season, and scoring the series' first Team Championship in 2015, and then again in 2016 and 2017. Nissan, though, has the globally popular Leaf EV, and has been eyeing an entry into Formula E for some time now. Joining the series will not only boost the visibility of Nissan's electrification strategy, it will do the same for its Nismo arm as well (and, as we've already learned, there could be a Leaf Nismo offered in the future). The change would also free up resources for Renault to focus on its F1 efforts. As Motorsport also reports, Formula E CEO Alejandro Agag has said of the Japanese brands Nissan, Honda and Toyota, that "one of those three, maybe two, will end up" in the electric racing series, without elaborating further. Nissan isn't expected to confirm its Formula E entry soon, but it could happen at the Geneva Motor Show next year. Related Video: This content is hosted by a third party. Nissan rolls Versa Note inside world's largest zorb [w/video]
Mon, 27 Oct 2014With features like lane departure warning, blind spot monitoring and moving object detection bundled into its Safety Shield suite, Nissan touts the Versa Note as among the safer vehicles on the road. And to highlight that, the Japanese automaker has taken its diminutive hatchback Zorbing.
Zwhat now, you ask? Zorbing. It's a sport (really more of a recreational activity, if you ask us) that involves getting into a giant inflatable ball, rolling down a slope and, well... that's about the extent of it. It's the same thing we did on hills as kids, only with more plastic. And ridicule.
The CarZorb which Nissan had crafted for the Note measures 60 feet around and weighs a metric ton. Nissan tested the device, which took two months to make, at a "top secret military training facility in the UK," then placed the hatchback inside and rolled it down a hill, all for the sake of the two-minute video clip below. So we hope you enjoy.
