I have a Beautiful 2002 Nissan Altima with an AUTOMATIC transmission, 2.5 4 cyl, that is LOADED to the fullest, and has only 143k miles on it. It runs and drives perfectly. The exterior is Bright Gold Metallic, and has no dents or dings. The paint still shines great, because the car has always been waxed regularly. You may find a small scratch here and there, but you will have to get close and look hard to find them. The interior color is tan cloth, is VERY clean, and has no rips, or stains anywhere. This vehicle has ALWAYS been serviced regularly to the high Nissan standard, and is diagnosically PERFECT. The Nissan rides and drives perfectly with an average of 32 MPG on the highway. Everything works just as it should. The tires are in excellent condition. The following options are present on this vehicle;
Power Steering Power Brakes Power Seats Tilt Steering Cruise Control Power Windows Power Locks Power Mirrors Climate Control w/ Cold AC & Hot Heat Woodgrain Interior Trim Package Factory AM/ FM Stereo w/ CD Player Premium Speaker Package Easy Touch Controls On Steering Wheel for Stereo and Cruise Auto On & Off Headlight Package Remote Keyless Entry Factory Security System Arm Rest Console w/ Secured Storage Capability Hideaway Cup Holders Front/ Rear Auxillary 12-V Power Supply for Charging Phones and Other Devices Driver's Side Auxillary Storage Compartment Passenger's Side Auxillary Storage Compartment Fold Down Rear Seating Rear Fold Down Arm Rest/ Console Auto Detect/ Intermittent Wiper System The following NEW items have been recently installed; New Spark Plugs New SensiTrak Shocks New Timing Chain Installed at 100k Miles New Coil Packs New Serpentine Belt New OmniBright Headlight Bulbs New Transmission Filter & Fluid Change at 100k Miles New Battery at 114k Miles This vehicle has always been treated well, and has always been maintained both inside and out. The engine has always been serviced, and so has the suspension. I just had a full professional detail job done on the car prior to listing it, at a cost of $170.00. You will be able to have a vehicle that you can drive with full confidence. KBB lists this car at $4612.00, so I know that I have priced it more than fairly. Therefore, I must remain firm on the price. If you have been out shopping for a vehicle, you know that a good dependable vehicle is getting hard to find. After you have seen the rest, I encourage you to then come see and drive this Nissan Altima. You will see for yourself what a GREAT vehicle the Nissan is. I have a clear and clean title that is ready to go. I look forward to hearing from you. Contact me by phone or text at 864-449-9914. Ever wonder how to really pronounce Japanese automaker names?
Thu, 25 Sep 2014People tend to get very set in their ways when it comes to the pronunciation of words. Just look at the endless debates over whether or not to say the final 'e' in Porsche (which you should in terms of correct German enunciation). Or the argument about whether to follow the British convention and give the 'u' in Jaguar a special delivery or to say the 'ua' diphthong as more of a 'w' sound, as usually happens in the US.
This short video doesn't answer either of those automotive questions, but it does allow a native Japanese speaker to demonstrate the accepted pronunciations for several, major automakers from the country. One benefit is that it clears up the occasional debate over whether Nissan should be said with a long or short 'i' sound. Also, listen closely to how the female host says Mazda as Matsuda, the way it's actually said in the language. Even if this doesn't change the way you enunciate these brands, at least now you know the accurate way in Japanese.
2014 Nissan Versa Note pushes the little hatchback forward
Tue, 15 Jan 2013Alright, truth time: The Nissan Versa isn't exactly our favorite car in the subcompact class. It's certainly competent, reliable transportation, but it's hardly an emotional purchase choice. Perhaps this new version of the Versa, then, can change our minds a bit. Meet the Versa Note - the cuter, five-door version of the li'l sedan, making its debut here at the 2013 Detroit Auto Show.
Aesthetically, the Versa Note is a pretty pleasant-looking thing; we've seen it before in JDM-spec. It's a decidedly aerodynamic thing, too, with a drag coefficient of just 0.29. And because of that - as well as an efficient little powertrain - the Note will achieve up to 40 miles per gallon on the highway.
Under the hood is Nissan's 1.6-liter inline four-cylinder engine churning out a furious 109 horsepower and 107 pound-feet of torque. Like, well, every other Nissan car, the Versa is equipped with a continuously variable transmission and will drive the front wheels exclusively. Base S models can be had with a five-speed manual transmission, but the moment you step up to a higher trim level, the do-it-yourself shifter goes away.
Nissan Qashqai caught looking sleek
Wed, 03 Jul 2013The next-generation of the not-for-US-consumption Nissan Qashqai has been out doing some testing in southern Europe this week. And, if the dressed-in-trash-bags look is any indication, it's been doing a lot of roadwork so it can make weight for the big meet the weekend.
Nissan designers haven't been scared to take big design chances with recent new models, so expectations are that the Qashqai crossover will get a bold new visage for its generational changeover. What we see in these photos indicates a sleeker, slightly trimmer CUV however, with no trace of the bug-eyed look we captured recently on a testing Titan.
In the rest of the world, it's a good bet that the Qashqai will be powered by engines ranging from a 1.2-liter turbo up to a 1.6-liter forced-induction unit; that larger one good for something like 215 horsepower. Diesel powerplants will be in the mix, too, for the compact CUV, and word is that Nismo might get its hands on this Rogue cousin for the first time ever.
