VEHICLE TRANSPORTATION

The buyer is responsible for shipping/pickup of the vehicle. We are happy to assist in arranging the transportation of the vehicle per the buyer’s request. We will happily provide a shipping quote for the buyer upon request. In addition, we are open to meeting a buyer in order to deliver the vehicle. This needs to be discussed ahead of time, so that the necessary arrangements can be made.

WARRANTY

The vehicle is being sold “as is” and where is with all faults and possible defects. No representations or warranties are made by seller, either expressed or implied. Any descriptions or representations are for identification purposes only and are not to be construed as a warranty of any type.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

A $500 non-refundable deposit is due within 48hrs of winning the auction. This secures the vehicle for the buyer and holds the vehicle for the buyer until the remainder of the balance is paid. The remainder of the balance is due within 7 days of winning the auction. The final payment can be made via wire transfer, cashier check, bank loan check, certified bank check, or cash in person. We will not release the title to the vehicle or the vehicle itself until the payment has fully cleared. Please contact us with any other payment arrangements or to discuss how the final payment will be made.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

CA Buyers will be responsible for sales tax and registration fees based on the city/county in which they will register the vehicle.

We will not collect any additional fees or taxes for all out-of-state buyers if registering the vehicle outside CA.
